    摘要: A torsional vibration damper in a gearbox housing, equipped with an input part, which is connected to a drive and acts on a first damping unit; and an intermediate part. The intermediate part, in its first capacity, acts as the output of the first damping unit and has drive-side drive elements to interact with the first damping unit, and in its second capacity, acts as the input of a second damping unit and has takeoff-side drive elements to interact with the second damping unit. The torsional vibration damper further has an output part, which is in working connection with the second damping unit and which is designed to accept a takeoff. The takeoff-side drive elements of the intermediate part, the second damping unit, and the takeoff are mounted in a torque-transmitting space of a clutch device, which space is provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet.

The supplementary masses may be made up of extensions (45, 63) of the formed sheet-metal parts (35, 37) or of additionally welded-on mass-rings (67). In particular, the supplementary masses are located in a region which is generally radially outwardly of the secondary mass (9).

    摘要: The hydrodynamic coupling comprises a pump wheel and a turbine wheel arranged rotatably coaxially in relation to the pump wheel in a hydrodynamic fluid cycle. With the pump wheel a housing (4) is connected fast in rotation, through which an internal combustion engine drives the pump wheel. A controllable bridge-over clutch having a torsional vibration damper (1) is connected into the torque transmission path between the housing and a drive-output shaft coupled with the turbine wheel. The torsional vibration damper (1) comprises two damper units (2, 6, 10 and 3, 7, 11, 12) connected in series with one another into the torque transmission path. Each damper unit comprises a disc part (5 and 6) coaxial with the rotation axis and a cover part (10 and 11, 12) axially adjacent to the disc part and rotatable in relation thereto about the rotation axis through a limited angle, and several springs (2 and 3) retained in ports (8, 30 and 9, 31) of the disc part and of the cover part and stressable in the relative rotation of the disc part and of the cover part. The two damper units are coupled fast in rotation with one another through an axially loose plug-in connection (13) engaging by virtue of shape. The plug-in connection facilitates the assembling and examination of the torsional vibration damper before assembly. The plug-in connection is expediently formed by an internal profile of the radially outer disc part (6) and an external profile of the cover plate (11), grasping over the radially inner disc part (7) from the side remote from the housing, of the cover part (11, 12) of the radially inner damper unit.

    摘要: A flywheel arrangement has a first flywheel releasably connected with the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, a second flywheel rotatable relative to the first flywheel, and a torque carrier including a torsional vibration damper disposed between the two flywheels in a chamber at least partially filled with a viscous medium. The chamber is bounded on its side facing the second flywheel by a cover plate, which cover plate coordinates preferably with a seal disposed in the radially inward region of the cover plate. The seal has a plurality of sealing elements disposed one after another in the discharge direction of the viscous medium, and the sealing elements are installed up to gap width on the respective associated components to be sealed, whereby at least one of these sealing elements is associated with a flow guide which is used to divert viscous medium into a return channel leading into the chamber.

    摘要: Clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction clutch comprises a hub and a disc part enclosing the hub and coupled with predetermined play in rotation but otherwise non-rotatably with the hub. Side discs on axially opposite sides of the disc part form one unit mounted on the hub rotatably through a limited first angle relative to the disc part. The disc part is coupled rotationally elastically with the hub through at least one spring of an idling vibration damper. Several springs of an under-load vibration damper, arranged in windows of the disc part and of the two side discs, couple the side discs rotationally elastically with the disc part. The under-load vibration damper comprises a friction device having two control discs arranged on axially opposite sides of the disc part between the disc part and one each of the two side discs. The control discs are connected non-rotatably with one another. Relative rotation between the control discs and the disc part is limited to a second angle of rotation smaller than the first angle of rotation. At least one of the two control discs comprises at least one radially protruding extension co-operating with one of the springs of the under-load vibration damper.

    摘要: A flywheel device has at least two inertial masses which can rotate relative to one another against the action of elastic elements of a damping device, one of which inertial masses, namely the output-side inertial mass which is farther from a drive system, such as for example the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, is guided both radially and axially by way of a bearing arrangement with respect to the input-side inertial mass. The bearing arrangement has at least one axial plain bearing and one radial plain bearing. Both plain bearings guide the output-side inertial mass with respect to the input-side inertial mass with a clearance, the size of which is determined so that when a wobbling motion is introduced from the crankshaft to the input-side inertial mass, the output-side inertial mass, under the effect of centrifugal forces, can perform a self-stabilization. The radial plain bearing, to bring it as close as possible to the crankshaft, is engaged in the vicinity of the end of the hub of the output-side inertial mass, which end faces the crankshaft.
