摘要： A heat transfer unit for an internal combustion engine includes a first channel with an inlet and an outlet. The first channel is configured to have a fluid to be cooled flow therethrough. The second channel is configured to have a cooling fluid flow therethrough. A partition wall(s) is disposed to separate the first channel from the second channel. Ribs extend from partition wall(s) into the first channel and are disposed in a principal flow direction of the fluid to be cooled. The second channel comprises a first section and a second section in the principal flow direction. The ribs of the first section have a first cross section in a first flow-off portion that is constant in the principal flow direction. The ribs of the second section have a second cross section in a second flow-off portion that widens in the principal flow direction.

The motion data combiner is configured to determine the position of a representation of one or more of the feature in a virtual representation of the object from the combined visual information and sensor information. Various types of virtual representations may be provided from the combined information, for example, one or more poses (e.g., position and orientation) of the object may be represented.

摘要： A method of forming plastic containers is disclosed. The method includes: providing a support platen having a cut outline and a groove outline in the top surface of the support platen and a plurality of exhaust ports in the bottom of the groove, where a plurality of spaced perforations are in the top surface of the support platen, where the groove is configured to define a cut outline; positioning a first film on the top surface of the support platen; providing a laser to cut the first film along the cut outline of the top surface of the support platen; providing a second film on top of the first film; connecting the plurality of exhaust ports and the plurality of space perforations to a vacuum source to secure the first film to the support platen; directing a jet of gas onto the second film at the to maintain the second sheet in contact with the first sheet at a seam during welding concentric with a beam from the laser to weld the first film and the second film; moving the laser and the support platen relative to each other to weld the first film and the second film along a seam outline; and providing the laser to cut the first film and the second film along the cut outline to provide a trimmed bag.

摘要： The invention is directed to a system and related method of allocating power in a rack mounted computer system where the individual servers are powered from a central power supply system. The structure includes a series of serial communication pathways coupling the servers and the individual power supplies in the power supply system. A series of chassis communication modules communicates with servers in its respective chassis, and relays messages to and from a power supply communication module, which is responsible for granting or denying permission for individual servers to allocate power. The disclosed system also envisions intelligent de-allocation of power, for example in the event of a failure of individual components of the central power supply system.

摘要： A cylindrical fabric surround including a flexible fabric material which stretches during disposing of the surround over a cylindrical item, such as a bottle, causing a releasable attachment of the bottle surround with the bottle. This cylindrical fabric surround has a cylindrical, or annular surround geometry, whereby a cavity is formed therein by the internal wall of the cylindrical surround, providing a receptacle area or volume for any cylindrical item the cylindrical surround is disposed thereunto. The internal wall of the cavity provides a first wall of the cylindrical surround and the external wall of the cylindrical surround provides a second wall of the cylindrical surround. The surround also has at least one pocket, for storing at least one article, such as a phone, keys or any sundry. The pocket is generally facing upwards, but could have a plurality of pockets with at least one of with varied geometries, orientations, or placement. Bands, such as elastic bands, may be formed thereon the top and bottom of the cylinder, as well as on the top portion of the pocket surface to provide a portion of the releasable attachment to the bottle. The bands may have a diameter that is less than surround wall diameter to provide in the releasable attachment. A friction agent, such as a nonslip fabric coating, may also be applied to the first wall or inside diameter of the surround to aid in improving the releasable attachment of a cylindrical item, such as a bottle, with a first wall of the fabric cylinder surround apparatus 100 when disposed thereunto.

摘要： A safety shut-off system and method for eliminating power to a load in the event of smoke detection. The system may comprise a device located at the appliance for detecting a signal from a smoke detector, and cutting power to the appliance only when the appliance is in use. The device may be synchronized with any standard smoke alarm signal to reduce the number of false positive shut-offs. The system may also comprise a smoke alarm hard-wired to a circuit breaker, for shutting off power to all appliances on a particular breaker upon receipt of a signal from the smoke alarm, and only when the appliances on the breaker are in use. The system may also have the ability to shut off one breaker, multiple breakers, or all breakers at different time increments to actively prevent and reduce the damages caused by fires.
