    摘要: Composite materials comprising at least one natural fiber, at least one thermoplastic polymer, and at least one random copolymer having a molar mass Mn of up to 20,000 g/mol. The random copolymer is produced from the copolymerization of ethylene and at least one comonomer. The comonomer is selected from the group consisting of ethylenically unsaturated C3-C10 monocarboxylic acids; ethylenically unsaturated C4-C10 dicarboxylic acids or their anhydrides; epoxy esters of ethylenically unsaturated C3-C10 monocarboxylic acids, and (b4) comonomers of the general formula I: wherein R1 and R2 are a hydrogen or an unbranched or branched C1-C10-alkyl; R3 is identical or different and is a hydrogen, unbranched and branched C1-C10-alkyl or C3-C12-cycloalkyl, where two radicals R3 may be bonded together to form a 3-10-membered ring; X is an oxygen, sulfur or N—R4; R4 is an unbranched or branched C1-C10-alkyl; and A1 is a divalent group selected from C1-C10-alkylene, C4-C10-cycyloalkylene, and phenylene.

    摘要: A method for producing composite materials which comprises in one step preparing modified cellulose fibers by treating (A) cellulose fibers with an aqueous emulsion of (B) at least one ethylene copolymer having a molecular weight Mn of up to 20 000 g/mol maximum and comprising as comonomers in incorporated form (a) 50% to 95% by weight of ethylene, (b) 5% to 50% by weight of at least one comonomer having at least one alkylated or cycloalkylated amino group which is connected via a spacer to a polymerizable group, (c) 0% to 30% by weight of other comonomers, and in a further step by mixing modified cellulose fibers with (C) at least one thermoplastic (D) and optionally one or more adjuvants.

    摘要: The invention describes compositions solid at 21° C. for the finishing of nonwovens, comprising a) 5 to 70% by weight of a component melting in the range from 25 to 37° C., chosen from the group of synthetic waxes, paraffins, fatty acid esters, polyhydroxy fatty acid esters, fatty alcohols, alkoxylated fatty acid esters, alkoxylated fatty alcohols and mixtures of these compounds and b) 5 to 70% by weight of a component whose melting point is at least 5° C. higher than the melting point of component a), and component b) is chosen from the group of polyhydroxy fatty acid esters, C14 fatty alcohols, C12 fatty acids, the alkoxylated derivatives of the fatty alcohols and fatty esters, and mixtures of these components, where the compositions additionally comprise as component. c) 5 to 25% by weight of a crystallisation accelerator chosen from the group of partial glycerides, ethylene glycol diesters and polymeric waxes, with the proviso, that the crystallisation accelerator has a melting point in the range from 45 to 70° C., and the compositions comprise less than 5% by weight of water.
