    摘要: A co-grafted polymer dispersion comprising blocks of an organopolysiloxane with OH functional groups, blocks of an ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer containing about 5 to 99% by weight of incorporated vinyl ester, and blocks of vinyl monomer units polymerized in the presence of mixtures of the organopolysiloxane and ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer, the organopolysiloxane and ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer blocks being linked via vinyl polymer bridges. The dispersions mixed with suitable catalysts, can cure under the influence of atmospheric moisture to elastic tack-free rubbers suitable as sealants.

    摘要: A graft copolymer comprising (I) as a first polymeric moiety an organopolysiloxane with OH functional groups, (II) as a second polymeric moiety a polyether, and (III) units of vinyl monomer which have been polymerized in the presence of mixtures of the first and second polymeric moieties which moieties are linked via vinyl polymer bridges, is produced by polymerizing a suitable monomer dispersion. The product is suited for replacing all or some of the organopolysiloxane component in room temperature curable compositions containing organopolysiloxanes, silane cross-linking agents and a curing catalyst.

    摘要: The invention relates to special stable dispersions which crosslink at room temperature upon exposure to moisture in the atmosphere. The dispersions comprise polysiloxanes, vinyl-grafted polysiloxanes and condensation products, e.g. by weight approximately comprisingI. 20-90% of at least one diorganopolysiloxane optionally terminated by OH,II. 5-85% of at least one aliphatic or mixed aliphatic/aromatic polycondensation product or polyaddition product, polyether, or vinyl polymer with a glass temperature T.sub.G of up to 40.degree. C. and/or a vinyl monomer-grafted derivative thereof, andIII. 5-85% of at least one organopolysiloxane modified by grafting with at least one vinyl monomer and comprising(A) 10-90% of a diorganopolysiloxane optionally terminated by OH,(B) 10-90% of polymerized units of at least one vinyl compound, and(C) 0-80% of at least one aliphatic or mixed aliphatic/aromatic polycondensation product or polyaddition product, polyether, or vinyl polymer with a glass temperature T.sub.G of up to 40.degree.     摘要: In a sheet coated on both surfaces with non-stick coatings, one of the coatings being more non-stick than the other, the improvement which comprises employing as the lesser non-stick coating a composition according to claim 1 by weight consisting essentially of(A) about 10 parts of a polyorganosiloxane with hydroxyl end groups and with a viscosity of 10.sup.2 to 5.10.sup.4 Pas,(B) 0.5-5 parts of at least one cross-linking agent of the formulaRSiX.sub.3whereinX is a hydrolyzable group andR is an alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or aminoalkyl group with 1-12 C atoms,(C) 0.1-2 parts of an organic tin compound as the catalyst and(D) 100-500 parts by weight of an organic solvent, the improvement which comprises additionally including, and(E) 0.1-20 parts of a graft copolymer comprising(i) 25-75% of an essentially linear polyorganosiloxane with hydroxyl end groups and with a viscosity of 100 to 500,000 mPas and(ii) 10-70% of at least one organic polymer with a molecular weight of 500 to 100,000, linked to (i) via bridges formed on polymerization of(iii) 10-60% of one or more monomers containing at least one aliphatic double bond.

    摘要: A molding composition containing a graft polymer is disclosed. The graft is a product of a free-radical emulsion polymerization of resin-forming vinyl monomers in the presence of rubber present in latex form having a glass transition temperature of ≦0° C. using an initiator combination comprising a persulfate compound and a redox initiator system. The process for preparing the graft polymer entails adding the persulfate compound at the beginning of the graft polymerization reaction and a later addition of the redox initiator. The composition that features good gloss and flowability is suitable for the preparation of molded articles.
