    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of noncellular polyurethane elastomers by reacting 4,4'-diisocyanato-1,2-diphenylethane or diisocyanato-1,2-diphenylethane isomer mixtures with a 4,4'-diisocyanato-1,2-diphenylethane content in excess of 95 percent by weight, higher molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds and low molecular weight chain extenders optionally in the presence of auxiliaries and additives.The polyurethane elastomers produced in accordance with this invention excel by a greater hardness and improved mechanical properties compared with polyurethane elastomers based on 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate with otherwise comparable composition.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for the preparation of cellular polyurethane elastomers with densities of approximately 250 to 800 grams per liter by reacting 4,4'-diisocyanato-1,2-diphenylethane or a diisocyanato-1,2-diphenylethane isomer mixture with a 4,4'-diisocyanato-1,2-diphenylethane content of more than 95 percent by weight with higher molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds and water, as well as optionally chain extenders in the presence of auxiliaries and/or additives according to the one-shot or preferably the prepolymer method in closed molds.Compared with products based on 4,4'-diisocyanatodiphenylmethane, the polyurethane elastomer molded parts have improved physical and thermal properties.

    摘要: Polyurethane-urea elastomers with improved temperature characteristics, in particular improved low temperature properties, good mechanical properties over a large temperature range and excellent resistance to hydrolysis, are obtained by reacting(A) a prepolymer, possessing cycloaliphatic NCO groups, which has been prepared from essentially difunctional polyhydroxy compounds and organic diisocyanates possessing at least one NCO group bonded to a cycloaliphatic structure, these reactants being used so as to give a ratio of total hydroxyl: NCO groups of from 1:1.2 to 1:10, with(B) 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-4,4'-diamino-diphenylmethane, A and B being reacted in the molar ratio of from 1:0.8 to 1:1.2.

    摘要: A halogen-free flameproofed thermoplastic molding material consists of a halogen-free thermoplastic resin (A) and one or more further halogen-free components.The thermoplastic resin (A) is present in an amount of from 30 to 90% by weight, based on the molding material. The latter contains, as further components, from 1 to 50% by weight of a phenol/aldehyde resin (B), from 1 to 50% by weight of a nitrogen-containing organic compound (C) and from 3 to 50% by weight of a phosphorus-containing organic compound (D), the percentages in each case being based on the molding material.The molding material is used for the production of flameproofed moldings.
