    摘要: A developing portion forms a toner image, which corresponds to a recording image, with a toner which has been electrically charged to a predetermined electrical potential. A transfer portion, to which an electric potential, different from the electric potential of the toner image, is applied, transfers the toner image onto a recording medium. A first transfer-electric-potential applying portion applies a transfer electric potential to the transfer portion. A carrying portion carries the recording medium so as to cause the recording medium to pass by the transfer portion. A second transfer-electric-potential applying portion sets the recording medium and the carrying portion to cause the recording medium and the carrying portion to have a predetermined electric potential corresponding to the transfer electric potential of the transfer portion.

A delay time determination section analyzes a request sent from a client, identifies a position on a network of the client, and determines processing delay time the client takes to receive a response from each data center on the basis of a communication path between the position of the client and a position on the network of each data center. An allocation determination section preferentially selects a data center which can provide a service to the client after shortest processing delay time as a recommended data center on the basis of the processing delay time determined by the delay time determination section. A service allocation section makes a server in the recommended data center provide the service to the client which outputted the request.

    摘要: A clamp device which can be easily attached/detached and securely fixed to a board. In order to attach an electric wire bundle clamp to the board, a leg portion of the clamp is inserted in a circular hole of an attachment hole provided in the board, while engaging protruding pieces of the clamp are similarly inserted into notches of the board. Subsequently, the electric wire bundle clamp is rotated 90 degrees, allowing a portion of the board around the circular hole to be held between a base on the surface of the board and the engaging protruding pieces contacting on the underside of the board. Once rotated an engagement protrusion comes to rest in an engagement hole of the board preventing further rotation and firmly fixing the clamp device relatively to the board.
