摘要: In a magnetic coupling pump including a closed impeller, and a casing that houses the impeller in such a way that the impeller is rotatable around a rotation axis and movable in an axis direction in which the rotation axis extends, reduction in the rotational frequency of the impeller can be suppressed even if thrust balance collapses temporarily and the impeller and the casing come into contact with each other. A tapered surface (24) or (55) is formed in at least a portion of at least one of a surface (24) or (53) of the impeller (10) and a surface (66) or (86) of a pump casing (60) that faces each other in an axis direction (Da) so that the distance between both the faces varies gradually as it goes in a radial direction (Dr) perpendicular to the axis direction (Da).

摘要: A sealless-type centrifugal pump includes a casing that forms a pump chamber having a liquid inflow port and an outflow port, an impeller disposed in the pump chamber and rotatably supported by a pivot bearing, and a magnetic coupling device including a driven permanent magnet built into the impeller and a driving magnet that rotationally drives the driven permanent magnet through a partition. The impeller supported in the direction of the rotation axis with respect to the casing is driven by the magnetic coupling device, and pressure is applied to liquid introduced from the direction of the rotation axis through the inflow port to send the liquid through the outflow port in a radial direction. The magnetic coupling device is disposed on a line inclined from an impeller rotating surface to the inflow port side toward the center of the rotation axis.

摘要: A sealless-type centrifugal pump includes a casing that forms a pump chamber having a liquid inflow port and an outflow port, an impeller disposed in the pump chamber and rotatably supported by a pivot bearing, and a magnetic coupling device including a driven permanent magnet built into the impeller and a driving magnet that rotationally drives the driven permanent magnet through a partition. The impeller supported in the direction of the rotation axis with respect to the casing is driven by the magnetic coupling device, and pressure is applied to liquid introduced from the direction of the rotation axis through the inflow port to send the liquid through the outflow port in a radial direction. The magnetic coupling device is disposed on a line inclined from an impeller rotating surface to the inflow port side toward the center of the rotation axis.

摘要: A magnetic-drive coupling pump configuration including an attachment/detachment mechanism allowing simple and reliable positioning and fixation is provided. Thrust-direction positioning and radial-direction positioning are achieved, respectively, by surface contact of a convex portion of a pump unit (10) inserted up to a predetermined position in a concave portion (31) of a drive motor unit (30), and contact between an outer circumferential surface of the convex portion (11) and an inner circumferential surface of the concave portion (31). A claw (15) protruding on the outer circumferential surface of the pump unit (10), an engaging portion (32) protruding upward from an upper outer circumferential portion of the drive motor unit (30) to restrict, by engagement, claw upward movement when the pump unit (10) is rotated with the convex portion (11) inserted up to the predetermined position in the concave portion (31), and a locking mechanism (50) holding the pump unit (10) at an engagement position of the claw (15) and the engaging portion (32) are included.

The drive unit includes: a driving magnet (219) positioned at an outside of the driven magnet (19) of the magnetic coupling pump (100) with respect to a rotation axis (A) of the magnetic coupling pump (100) to face the driven magnet (19) with a gap; a cup tube portion (221) made of a ferromagnetic material and in a tubular shape centered on the rotation axis (A); a case main body (231) including a cup (220) in which the driving magnet is fixed inside of the cup tube portion; a motor (210) rotating the cup around the rotation axis, and a tube portion (232), which is tubular in shape. The cup is provided in the tube portion (232) with a gap.
