摘要： A control unit of hydraulic pinch rolls 1 comprises: position detectors 10c, 10d that detect position of right and left cylinder pistons 6c; an arithmetical unit 13 that calculates a difference of output 16c, 16d from the position detectors; a controller 14 that processes a calculated value to make correction output; and add-subtract units 18c, 18d that add/subtract the correction output from the controller such that the correction output 17 is added to an end portion of the pinch rolls having a wider gap in a direction to push the gap and the correction output of the same amount is subtracted from the opposite end portion, by which the set values of pressing force control provided for right and left independently are corrected. Thus, a defective winding shape can be suppressed.

The wireless base station FAP2 includes a determination unit 21a which determines whether to stop voice call reception processing or voice call transmission processing with reference to determination information upon detection of a voice call reception to the mobile communication terminal UE1 within a communication service area or a voice call transmission from the mobile communication terminal UE1 within the communication service area in the FAP2; and a signal processing unit 25a which informs a higher-level apparatus of a message including a determination result when the determination unit determines to stop the processing.

摘要： Strip material is fed to a reduction rolling mill by a steering device in the form of a pinch roll stand comprising pinch rolls to which strip gripping forces are applied by hydraulic cylinder units located at the ends of the pinch rolls. A reduction mill is similarly provided with a pair of hydraulic cylinder units which are independently operable to vary the pressure applied by the reduction rolls across the strip. Sensors sense the position of the strip at a first location in advance of the pinch rolls and a second location in advance of the rolling mill. This output of sensors is fed to a controller which controls operation of both sets of hydraulic cylinder units to steer the strip.

摘要： In order to implement handover to a femto cell without making any modification to UEs, a gateway (50) relays traffic between a core network (60, 70) and a plurality of base stations (20_1-20_4) that are respectively incorporated into the core network (60, 70) through a public network. The gateway (50) generates an RRC Connection Release message for prompting establishment of a new RRC connection, when it is notified from the core network (60, 70) that a mobile station (10) is handed over to any one of the plurality of base stations (20_1-20_4). Then, the gateway (50) causes the core network (60, 70) to instruct a control device (40), which has established an RRC connection to the mobile station (10), to transfer the RRC Connection Release message to the mobile station (10).

摘要： A take-up equipment and a take-up method for a finish rolling mill for dividing a strip into a plurality of coiled products when taking up the strip on the exit side of the finish rolling mill are provided. A plurality of take-up machines (24, 26, K1, K2) are disposed at the downstream side of a hot finish rolling mill; a shearing machine (27, 2) is provided on the upstream side of a pinch roll (23, 4) of the take-up machines (24, K1) at the uppermost stream end; and a strip passing device (28, 6a) is provided between the shearing machine and the pinch roll at the uppermost stream to prevent a strip from rising. The strip passing devices are guiding devices for restricting the height of the rise of the strip or the airflow suction type strip passing devices for drawing in a strip under suction using airflow. The plurality of take-up machines are down coilers or carousel type reels having two winding drums (66a, 66b).
