    摘要: To detect a slip state in a contact region of a rotating tire on a road surface, first, the first radical direction data and the second width direction data of measurement data of acceleration at a tread portion of the rotating tire for a duration corresponding to one round of tire rotation are acquired. Second, time series data of acceleration due to tire deformation is extracted from the first radical direction data and displacement data is obtained by subjecting the time series data of acceleration due to tire deformation to a time integration of second order, thereby a deformation at the tread portion is calculated and a contact region of the rotating tire is determined from the calculated deformation. Next, from the second width direction data, a slip region within the determined contact region is specified based on vibration level of the second data.

    摘要: Provided is a pneumatic tire with a durability improved by preventing the oxidation degradation of a belt layer. The pneumatic tire includes: an air permeation preventive layer disposed in the inner surface of the tire; a belt layer buried in a tread part; and a cord layer formed by arranging a plurality of cords. The cord layer is disposed between the air permeation preventive layer and the belt layer, and extends to a bead part side further from a tire maximum width position. In addition, at least a part of the cord layer is located close to the outer surface of the tire, at a position closer to the bead part side than the tire maximum width position, so that the distance between the cords and the outer surface of the tire is not more than 2 mm. The following configuration may alternatively be possible. A cord layer is formed by arranging cords in parallel. The inner part of the cord layer is disposed between a carcass layer and the belt layer, while the outer part of the cord layer is disposed on the outer circumferential side of the belt layer, along the belt layer. Moreover, the cords of the cord layer are continuously extended, in a straddling manner, between the inner and outer parts.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire is provided which enables durability thereof to be improved by preventing oxidation degradation of belt layers. In the pneumatic tire, a carcass layer is laid between a pair of bead portions so that the carcass layer links the bead portions, an air penetration preventing layer is disposed on the inner surface of the tire along the carcass layer, and belt layers are buried in a tread portion at the side of the outer periphery of the carcass layer. In the pneumatic tire, a cord layer, which is formed by repeatedly winding a cord in the tire circumferential direction, is disposed between the carcass layer and the belt layers, and at least one portion of the cord layer is made close to the outer surface of the tire so that a distance between the cord and the outer surface of the tire is not longer than 2 mm.

A sensor unit 100 is embedded inside a tire, and the acceleration in three directions crossing each other and generated in the tire 300 is detected by an acceleration sensor provided in this sensor unit, and the detected acceleration is transmitted. The acceleration sensor is a micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) type sensor and comprises a semiconductor acceleration sensor.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire which facilitates separation of a rubber layer and is excellent in recyclability and retreadability and a method of scrapping the same. A pneumatic tire comprises a partition layer buried adjacent to a rubber layer, the partition layer including at least one cord repeatedly bent to turn around at its bent portion and arranged in a plane and rubber portions interposed between adjacent portions of the cord. Herein, the cord is arranged in a direction intersecting with the tire circumferential direction. The cord of the partition layer is pulled in an in-plane direction of the partition layer to sequentially cut the rubber portions interposed between the adjacent portions of the cord. The rubber layer adjacent to the partition layer is thus separated.
