摘要: An object of the present invention is to actively control at least one of the position and direction of the imaging field in a subject and to observe a desired observed region in the subject certainly in a short period of time. A body-insertable device system according to the present invention includes a capsule endoscope 1 introduced into a subject and a permanent magnet 3. An imaging unit of the capsule endoscope 1 for taking an image inside the subject is fixed in a casing. The capsule endoscope 1 includes a drive unit for changing at least one of the position and posture of the casing in the liquid 2a which is also introduced in the subject 100. The permanent magnet 3 controls the operation of the drive unit for changing at least one of the position and posture of the casing in the liquid 2a.

摘要: An intra-subject observation system includes a first liquid inserted into a desired organ of a subject; and a second liquid inserted into the organ without being mixed with the first liquid due to a specific gravity lighter than that of the first liquid. The system also includes a capsule medical apparatus inserted into the organ with an intermediate specific gravity between the specific gravity of the first liquid and that of the second liquid to acquire intra-subject information, which is output out of the subject by radio.

摘要: A medical system includes: a medical device to be inserted into the body cavity; a rotating device for the medical device for rotating the medical device around the insertion axis; an image pickup device provided to the medical device; and an image capturing timing detection device for detecting a signal regarding image capturing timing performed by the image pickup device. Furthermore, the medical system includes: a rotating angle acquisition device for acquiring the rotating angle of the rotating device for the medical device regarding the image capturing timing in response to the output of the image capturing timing detection device; and an image acquisition device for performing rotation processing for the image captured by the image pickup device based upon the information regarding the rotating angle acquired by the rotating angle acquisition device, thereby acquiring the image subjected to a rotation processing.

摘要: An endoscope insertion assisting instrument 7 as an insertion assisting instrument for a medical device of the present invention comprises an elongated assisting instrument insertion portion 31 having flexibility for guiding an endoscope 2, which is the medical device, into a deep portion in an intracoelomic duct, a helical structure portion 33 provided on the outer circumference of the assisting instrument insertion portion 31, and a plurality of balloons 32 as locking portions for holding at least a part of the shape of the intracoelomic duct into which the endoscope 2 is inserted and for locking the assisting instrument insertion portion 31 in the intracoelomic duct.By holding at least a part of the shape of the intracoelomic duct into which a medical device is inserted at insertion of the medical device into the deep portion of the intracoelomic duct by the insertion assisting instrument for a medical device of the present invention, excessive deformation of the intracoelomic duct is suppressed and insertion performance of the medical device into the deep portion of the intracoelomic duct is improved.
