摘要： Provided is a surface protection film having a hard-coat property, an anti-glare property and transparency as well as a sufficient weather resistance property. A surface protection layer is provided on at least one surface of a substrate film, the surface protection layer is formed by a cured paint comprising an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, a matting agent, an ultraviolet ray absorbing agent, a dispersant and inorganic fine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 50 nm or smaller whose surfaces are subjected to a hydrophobization treatment with dimethyldichlorosilane. The inorganic fine particles are included by 200 parts or more by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a dispersant. The inorganic fine particles can be silica.

摘要： A hybrid tuner, comprising multiple individual tuners having differing capabilities of receiving programs or channels of broadcast audio or video content, can be controlled by periodically determining the capabilities of each individual tuner to receive broadcast channels, storing such information into a guide database and then utilizing such information to select appropriate individual tuners to tune in desired programs. If the tuners that can receive a desired program are already in use, the program they are currently receiving can be switched to a different tuner to free up the tuner that can receive the desired program without interrupting the consumption of the program currently being received. When determining the capabilities of an individual tuner to receive a particular channel, one or more tokens associated with such a channel, and utilized to prevent unauthorized access to such a channel, can be obtained from the guide database and provided to the tuner.

摘要： It is intended to disclose a preparation composition which enables convenient production of a sustained-release preparation composition which contains an acid-unstable physiologically active compound and which has the desired sustained-release property. In other words, the preparation composition according to the present invention comprises: a core containing an acid-unstable physiologically active compound; and a coating which covers the core and which contains a mixture of a water-insoluble polymer and an enteric polymer. The preparation composition of the present invention makes it possible to maintain an effective concentration in blood of the physiologically active compound over a long period of time, thereby improving its therapeutic effect. Accordingly, the present invention provides the composition that remains stable over prolonged storage. Moreover, the preparation composition of the present invention can be also used as a pulsed-release preparation.

A hybrid car comprises an engine E, a clutch 10, driving wheels W, a motor 19, an electric double layer capacitor 21 for supplying electric power to the motor and for storing the electric power generated by the motor, a switching device 23 for connecting or disconnecting the electric double layer capacitor and the motor, and a voltage detecting device 22 for detecting the terminal voltage of the electric double layer capacitor, and a control device 20 for controlling the switching device in response to the terminal voltage detected by said voltage detecting device, wherein when the terminal voltage of the electric double layer capacitor exceeds a standard value, while the motor is actuated as a brake, the control device is constituted such that the connection between the electric double layer capacitor and the motor is disconnected and the clutch is connected.

When there is an engaging directive for the clutch, the rotational speed of the engaging element positioned at the output shaft side of the drive/regeneration motor (the clutch output rotational speed) is detected, and the gear ratio of the CVT is detected, and when the product of the rotational speed of the engaging element and the gear ratio of the CVT is equal to or below a predetermined value, complete engagement between the engaging elements is prevented, and control is conducted which makes the gear ratio large.

摘要： A rotary press has a paper web supply apparatus, a printing apparatus, and a post-printing processing apparatus. The rotary press further includes at least one heating roller provided in a path along which a paper web carrying printed images runs from the printing apparatus to the post-printing processing apparatus, as well as at least one cooling roller provided downstream from the heating roller. The heating roller and the cooling roller are disposed such that the running paper web contacts each of the rollers over at least one-fourth of the circumference thereof. The heating roller is rotated at a circumferential speed different from a running speed of the paper web. The heating roller is a cylindrical body equipped with a built-in coil to which alternating current is supplied. The heating roller has cavities which are formed in a mutually communicating manner in the wall thereof and are filled with a thermal medium, and the outer surface of the heating roller is roughened. The rotary press can decrease installation space, the degree of complexity, manufacturing cost, and running cost of the drying apparatus.
