摘要： The electronic component mounting apparatus has a board holding part for holding a circuit board, a mounting mechanism for mounting an electronic component on the circuit board, and a grinding part for grinding a suction surface of a suction nozzle of the mounting mechanism. After mounting of the electronic components on the circuit board are repeated a predetermined number of times, the suction surface is ground. In the electronic component mounting apparatus, by continuously moving the suction nozzle in the Y-direction relative to the grinding part and moving the suction nozzle up and down, and bringing the suction surface of the suction nozzle in intermittent contact with the grinding surface of the grinding member with ultrasonic vibrations applied, the suction surface can be ground while preventing the occurrence of a large deformation of the suction nozzle.

摘要： In the electronic component mounting apparatus, a vertical load and horizontal loads applied to an electronic component are detected by a load sensor that have piezoelectric elements provided in a stack in the mounting direction of the electronic component. Therefore, the size in the horizontal direction of the load sensor can be reduced, and the load applied to the electronic component can be detected at the neighborhood of the mounting position of the electronic component. Moreover, by comparing a position in a two-dimensional space in which the load values in the X-direction and the Y-direction of the horizontal load are served as coordinate values with a tolerance range in the two-dimensional space, mounting failure can be detected from a deviation in the horizontal loads.

摘要： A complex joystick system master unit embodiment utilizes joystick segments and joystick joints arranged in a particular order with a slave unit arranged in a similar order. A sample master unit with three joystick segments has segment lengths that provide a relative ratio of lengths between themselves. The slave unit articulated arm utilizes controlled segments and articulated arm joints arranged in the same order and having the same relative ratio of lengths between themselves. Articulated arm electronic angle sensors and joystick segment angle sensors produce signal that are applied to a plurality of servos. The servos control movement of the articulated arm so that said respective relative angular articulated arm positions of the articulated arm controlled segments match those of the complex joystick segments.

Data existing in a server is printed by using a printer provided in the vicinity of a client PC according to the following steps. (3) The server registers the printer provided in the office where the PC authentication device having the identifier IDb is set as a printer which can be used by the client PC having the identifier Ida. According to the above-described flow, when the client PC is coupled with the server, the printer can be used.

摘要： A clamping member fastenable to a bolt, wherein the clamping member includes a bowl-shaped main body having a bolt-inserting opening formed through a bottom center portion thereof. A leaf spring clip is embedded integratedly in the bottom center portion of the bowl-shaped main body. The leaf spring clip includes a plurality of spring claws extending from a periphery of the bolt-inserting opening toward a center of the bolt-inserting opening in an oblique and upward direction. The plurality of spring claws are engagable with a bolt and fasten the clamping member to the bolt responsive to a direct pushing action of the main body of the clamping member over the bolt with the bolt passing through the bolt-inserting opening, without requiring any tools or rotating action of the clamping member relative to the bolt. The bolt has a thread thereon and the thread may have an upper surface portion formed into a convexly arched surface and a lower surface portion formed into a concavely arched surface, the thread being engagable with the plurality of spring claws such that the spring claws engage over the convexly arched upper surface portion of the thread of the bolt responsive to a direct pushing action of the main body of the clamping member over the bolt.
