    摘要: A device for controlling an electromechanical transducer such as a proportional electromagnetic valve, in which a pulse signal having a constant period shorter sufficiently than the minimum response time required for the displacement of the plunger of the proportional electromagnetic valve over its predetermined full stroke is applied to the electromagnetic coil of the proportional electromagnetic valve to superpose a very small vibratory stroke component on the stroke of the plunger, and the duty cycle of the pulse signal applied to the electromagnetic coil is varied so as to urge the plunger in directly proportional relation to the variation of the duty cycle without substantially giving rise to mechanical hysteresis in the stroke of the plunger.

    摘要: An optical fiber pressure sensor for measuring a pressure on the basis of an optical power loss depending on a configuration change of an optical fiber comprising a luminescence device optically connected with at least an optical fiber which is constructed with a main part for propagating a light protective coating member for protecting the main part. A light intercepting device detects a light passing through the optical reflected light from the optical fiber. A bending device bends at least a part of the optical fiber according to a measured pressure. The optical fiber pressure sensor is characterized by being used when a normalization frequency V value of the optical fiber is smaller than 90% of a normalization cut-off frequency defining a single transmission mode condition of the optical fiber.

    摘要: An air fuel ratio detecting arrangement using a diffusion suppressing type air fuel ratio sensor applicable to an air fuel ratio control unit for an internal combustion engine incorporating an atmospheric air pressure correction circuit in a signal processing and outputting device for correcting an output voltage signal processed therein based on a change in atmospheric air pressure which is detected when a predetermined operating condition of an internal combustion engine is satisfied. A secular change correction circuit included in the signal processing and outputting device detects a change in electromotive force of a concentration cell portion of the air fuel ratio sensor when a predetermined rich air fuel ratio is reached and corrects a reference voltage for the air fuel ratio sensor based on the detected change in electromotive force of the concentration cell portion in addition to an air calibration circuit.

    摘要: A semiconductor-type pressure transducer is disclosed in which the pressure change is detected as a resistance change by use of a bridge circuit including at least a gauge resistor changing with an external force. Each gauge resistor is made of a PN junction of a semiconductor. The pressure transducer further comprises an amplification factor compensator for cancelling the effect of the temperature change of the gauge resistors making up the bridge circuit on the amplification factor of the amplification circuit for amplifying the output of the bridge circuit.

    摘要: A pressure transducer is disclosed comprising a pressure sensor portion having gage resistors in bridge formed on a thin diaphragm of a semiconductor substrate, and a power supply connected to the pressure sensor portion for driving the pressure sensor. The power supply includes a first current source for supplying a temperature-dependent current equivalent to the sum of a current almost proportional to the absolute temperature and a current independent of temperature, and a second current source for sinking the current almost proportional to the temperature characteristic of the gage resistors from the current of the first current source. A temperature compensation circuit is additionally provided to drive the bridge circuit by the difference between the temperature-dependent current and the current proportional to the temperature characteristic in a constant-current driving mode, and by a voltage proportional to the current difference when the output of the bridge circuit is connected to an amplifier whose gain is dependent on temperature.

A control signal based on the difference between the signal representing the excitation current and the reference signal is produced, and the excitation current is controlled by the pulse width modulation signal which is produced based on the magnitude of the control signal.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for controlling the ignition timing for an internal combustion engine wherein whether the engine rotation is in acceleration or deceleration is detected and the magnitude of the acceleration or deceleration is detected. Each time an acceleration is detected, the ignition timing is shifted by a determined value in the same direction as that of the immediately preceding shifting, while each time a deceleration is detected, the ignition timing is shifted by a determined value in the direction reverse to that of the immediately preceding shifting, thus causing the ignition timing to approach to a situation where the engine is capable of producing its maximum torque under a given fuel supply.

    摘要: The output of an oxygen concentration detector monitoring the conditions of exhaust gases from an internal-combustion engine is not a linear function of the concentration but varies widely. When feeding this output back to control the air-fuel ratio of the mixture being fed to the engine, the feed back system having the small time constant (small delay time in operation) becomes unstable due to the nonlinear output of the oxygen concentration detector. In order to stabilize the operation of the system the output of the oxygen concentration detector is input to compensating circuit which outputs the voltage being proportioned to the oxygen concentration of the exhaust gas and the output is used as the feedback signal.
