摘要: A low-vibration/noise brushless motor capable of limiting the height of coil ends, and a low-current-leak hermetic compressor includes the brushless motor. This brushless motor is of a three-phase full-pitch-winding type including a stator having coils (20) inserted in slots in a one coil per one slot manner. Coil ends (21) of the coils (20) are arranged such that the first coil (201) is arranged outside the second and third coils (202, 203) in a place (A) where the second and third coils (202, 203) are inserted in a pair of slots adjacent to each other, the second coil (202) is arranged from inside of the first coil (201) to outside of the third coil (203) in a place (B) where the first and third coils are inserted in another pair of slots adjacent, and the third coil (203) is arranged inside the first and second coils (201, 202) in a place (C) where the first and second coils (201, 202) are inserted in still another pair of adjacent slots. The coil ends (21) are shaped in the axial direction.

摘要: A securing means for an insulating member that is advantageous in improving the efficiency of assembly of a motor-driven compressor is provided. Phase wires extending from an end face of a stator core, which is closer to a compression mechanism, are bound to form a phase wire bundle. The distal ends of the phase wires are electrically connected together, so that a wire connecting portion is formed at the distal end of the phase wire bundle. The wire connecting portion, which serves as a neutral point, is coated with an insulating tube made of insulating plastic. The distal end of the insulating tube is sealed. A receiving hole is formed in the cluster block. The insulating tube is fitted in the receiving hole and secured to the cluster block by contacting an inner surface of the receiving hole.

摘要: A stator of a motor includes a stator core having a plurality of teeth forming slots between any two adjacent teeth and a plurality of phase coils provided in the slots, each formed by wave winding and made of a continuous wire. Each phase coil includes a first wave winding bundle and a second wave winding bundle that is passed through a first slot and a second slot. The first slot is located adjacent to one side of a group of slots through which the phase coils other than said each phase coil are passed and the second slot is located adjacent to the other side of the group of slots. The first wave winding bundle is passed through a third slot and a fourth slot. The third slot is located adjacent to the first slot on the opposite side of the first slot from the group of slots and the fourth slot is located adjacent to the second slot on the opposite side of the second slot from the group of slots.

摘要: A work W is rotated on a lower grinding wheel 13 provided on a work support base 11. Both surfaces of the work W are simultaneously subjected to grinding process by an upper grinding wheel 24 provided on a grinding shaft 22 of a grinding head 21 and the lower grinding wheel 13. The work W is applied with a pressure force of a primary load through the grinding shaft 22 by a piston rod 36 of a primary pneumatic cylinder 35 which is operated by a first air pressure. The work W is also applied with a pressure force of a secondary load through a lever member 43 by a piston rod 46 of the secondary pneumatic cylinder 45 which is operated by a second air pressure higher than the first air pressure. By adjusting the second air pressure, the pressure force is controlled.

摘要: DPN is an intractable and tormenting neurovascular and dermal disorder. Two patients of DPN of stocking-glove pattern were treated with SAG for treatment of microvascuar coagulopathy, induction of vasodilation and possible induction of angioneogenesis; with ALC for ATP generation through mitochondrial beta-oxidation of fats; and with ALA for antioxidative stress to prevent precipitation of vascular damage and to prevent DPN recurrence. SAG+ALC was to cure maceration. Thus, SAG+ALC+ALA was effective in mitigating and curing their distresses. It shall be one of the logical and practical means of prompt DPN therapy not only to alleviate DPN but also to lead to “cure.”
