摘要: Surimi suitable for the production of Kamaboko (fish meat jelly) can be obtained at high yield by compounding (1) a salt-soluble protein fraction prepared by mincing fish meat taken from raw fish into a sol-form, water-washing the resulting sol and dewatering and then subjecting the same to a salt-solution treatment, with (2) heat-denaturated water-soluble protein fractions prepared by heating to coagulation water-soluble protein fractions leached out in the water-wash and salt-solution treatment.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for measuring changes in a physical property of a liquid or semisolid material which comprises placing a thin metal wire in the material; passing an electric current through the thin metal wire in such a way that the temperature difference between the material and the thin metal wire is kept constant; measuring the intensity of the electric current; and calculating the heat transfer coefficient at the surface of the thin metal wire on the basis of the measured intensity of the electric current and thereby detecting changes in a physical property of the material. This method makes it possible to detect, for example, changes in the coefficient of kinematic viscosity of a food having the form of a gel or changes in the condition of thrombus formation in a blood vessel.

摘要: New decorating materials suitable for the decoration of ceramic materials comprise a lead-free glass flux and at least one pigment. The glass flux comprises two lead-free glass compositions. One of the two glass compositions comprises, in weight percent, SiO2: 45 to 60%, Al2O3: 5 to 20%, B2O3: 15 to 30%, and one or more alkali metal oxides: 5 to 10%, provided that Li2O is contained in an amount of 2% or more, with the proviso that the total amount of said oxides is 90% or more of the total weight of the composition. The other of the two glass compositions comprises, in weight percent, SiO2: 60 to 75%, Al203: 5 to 20%, at least one of MgO, CaO, ZnO: 5 to 20% in total, and one or more alkali metal oxides: 0.5 to 5%, provided that Li2O is contained in an amount of 0.5% or more, with the proviso that the total amount of said oxides is 90% or more of the total weight of the composition.

摘要: An oxygen sensor is constituted by a ceramic separator being placed so that the rear thereof enters the inside of a filter holding part and the front enters the inside of a casing and formed with a plurality of lead insertion holes axially penetrating the ceramic separator and an elastic seal member being fitted elastically into a rear opening of the filter holding part and having seal lead insertion holes for inserting leads for sealing the gap between the outer faces of the leads and the inner face of the filter holding part. The rear end face of the ceramic separator is positioned on the rear side behind a gas introduction hole in the axial direction and a predetermined gap is formed between the elastic seal member and the ceramic separator at least at the lead insertion position.
