    摘要: A plurality of RFID tags that store therein position information and other information are arranged at different locations, and a tag extracting device extracts at least one RFID tag among the RFID tags. The tag extracting device includes a reading unit that reads position information from a plurality of information-read RFID tags from among the plurality of RFID tags; a determining unit that determines, based on read position information, an area where the information-read RFID tags are concentrated; and an extracting unit that extracts at least one RFID tag from among the information-read RFID tags as a target RFID tag whose the other information is to be used in subsequent processing.

    摘要: The method of the present invention which relates to the measurement of the turbidity of a liquid media, is characterized by the following steps.(i) Placing a measuring cell having a sensor having a light-receiving surface in contact with the liquid media, wherein the light-receiving surface is oriented in a direction permitting bubbles dissolved in the liquid media to float away therefrom and out of the cell.(ii) Cleaning the light-receiving surface intermittently.(iii) Allowing bubbles in the cell to float out of the cell.(iv) Radiating light in the liquid media.(v) Detecting scattered light impinging on the light-receiving surface.The present invention also provides an apparatus for measurement of liquid media turbidity in accordance with the present invention.

    摘要: Electrochemical method for determining the concentration of a carbon source and L-amino acid in a fermentation medium or cultured broth by contacting a microbial electrode consisting of an oxygen-sensitive electrode or a carbon dioxide gas-sensitive electrode combined with fixed microbial cells of a microorganism capable of assimilating said carbon source or decarboxylating said L-amino acid with a sample solution and sensing electrically the rate of current decrease which is caused by the consumed oxygen in the solution in proportion to the concentration of carbon source; or the electric motive force which is caused by the liberation of carbon dioxide in the sample solution in proportion to the concentration of L-amino acid. Microbial electrodes and systems useful in carrying out the aforementioned method are disclosed.
