摘要: A power amplifier includes: a distortion compensating circuit that causes a bias circuit to have an output impedance so that a subsequent block bipolar transistor for signal amplification-use has a maximized saturated output power; and a distortion compensating circuit that causes a bias circuit to have an output impedance so that a distortion of an output power of the power amplifier 1 with respect to an input power is canceled by a distortion characteristic of an output power with respect to an input power of the subsequent block bipolar transistor for signal amplification-use which has a maximized saturated output power and a distortion characteristic of an output power with respect to an input power of the preceding block bipolar transistor for signal amplification-use. This makes it possible to provide a power amplifier that allows reduction in saturated output power brought by realization of a highly efficient low-distortion power amplifier.

摘要: A process for preparing a ketone, an alcohol and/or a hydroperoxide is provided by reacting a hydrocarbon with molecular oxygen in the presence of a cyclic N-hydroxyimide and a compound of a transition metal, in which an oxygen-containing gas is supplied in a reaction system and at the same time a gas containing 1 to-about 8.59, by volume of oxygen is discharged from the reaction system. This process is excellent in productivity and safety and produces the desired products at a high selectivity.

摘要: In a method of rolling metal for producing a metal plate or a metal sheet having a desired range of thickness through a sequence of rolling passes, variations in the deformation resistance of the metal along the longitudinal direction of the metal are detected, variations in deformation resistance and the resulting variations in rolling force in the finishing pass are estimated, and the rolling for obtaining the necessary thickness of the metal at the entrance of the finishing pass is carried out under a combination of a feedback automatic gauge control process and feed-forward automatic gauge control process, whereby variations in the rolling force are cancelled even if the metal which is to be rolled has skid marks thereon.
