    摘要: In a Diesel engine with a Bosch-type fuel pump or the like having a control lever which determines the fuel injection quantity, idling speed is controlled by a movable stopper which abuts the control lever to place a lower limit on fuel injection quantity during idling. A control unit derives a target idling speed value according to engine temperature, electrical load, etc. and controls the pneumatic actuator of the stopper in accordance with the difference between actual engine speed during idling and the target idling speed. When the engine is not idling, the pneumatic actuator may be controlled to act as a dashpot, damping the return of the control lever to its idling position. Electromagnetically controlled valves respond to the control unit by providing atmospheric pressure or negative pressure to the pneumatic actuator. An auxiliary valve is provided for bypassing a defective atmospheric pressure supplying valve.

    摘要: In spot welding, the condition tolerance for applying a large current in a short time into an aluminum alloy plate or the like is narrow, and also nugget crack sometimes occurs in spot welding. In the case of a mild steel plate, the expulsion sometimes occurs, and thereby a poor weld portion is formed. Due to a pickup removal operation from an electrode tip, the operating ratio is reduced. Here, a PAM control method is employed for raising or dropping a rectified and smoothed voltage EDC output to an inverter circuit, according to a certain set-up ratio in a predetermined time, instead of a conventional PWM control method. By this control method, the nugget can be formed in condition of low heat dissipation and high thermal efficiency. In addition, energy saving and power saving are achieved by using the PAM control method.

    摘要: A motor drive control that permits a DC electric motor to be rapidly driven and accurately stopped at predetermined stop positions is disclosed. An indexer (V) generates a deceleration point signal at a deceleration point that occurs before a predetermined stop point of load (VI) and a stop point signal at the stop point corresponding to a predetermined destination of the load (VI). A rotational direction detector (III) detects the rotational direction of the motor (IV) as the motor (IV) passes the stop point and produces a rotational direction signal representing the rotational direction of the motor (IV). A rotation control circuit (I) generates a drive signal in response to movement and movement direction signals; a deceleration direction signal in response to the deceleration point signal; an inhibit signal in response to the stop point signal; and a decelerated drive signal representing a reverse rotational direction of the motor (IV). A motor drive circuit (II) produces a drive current having a different amplitude and direction relative to the movement direction signal and the drive signal. The motor drive circuit (II) stops producing the drive current in response to the inhibit signal.

    摘要: The plurality of cylinders of a multicylinder engine are divided into first group cylinders and second group cylinders, and first and second exhaust sensors are provided to respectively detect the air-fuel ratios of the intake mixtures fed to the first group cylinders and second group cylinders. The air-fuel ratio for the first group cylinders is controlled in a closed loop by a first integration signal generated based on the output of the first exhaust sensor and the air-fuel ratio for the second group cylinders is controlled in a closed loop by a second integration signal generated based on the output of the second exhaust sensor. One of the first and second integration signals is corrected so that the air-fuel ratios for the first group cylinders and second group cylinders are increased and reduced in phases reverse to each other.
