摘要： An acrylic rubber composition is proposed which is improved in respect of the extrusion-moldability as well as the surface slipperiness of the vulcanized article obtained therefrom. The composition comprises (a) an acrylic rubbery cooplymer which is a copolymer of a (meth)acrylic ester and a coolymerizable organosilicon compound having a silicon-bonded vinyl group in a molecule, (b) a reinforcing filler, (c) a powder of spherical particles having a specified average particle diameter and (d) an organic peroxide as a vulcanizing agent. The composition can be compounded further with a blowing agent to give a foamable rubber composition capable of being vulcanized into a spongy rubber body exhibiting excellent feeling on touch and slipperiness in contact with human skin to be useful, for example, as a material of cosmetic puffs.

Embodiments of the present invention include a nanoimprint method for transferring fine patterns of a mold surface to a molding material by pressing the mold against the molding material while applying ultrasonic vibrations that propagate in the direction of application of a load, where the application of the ultrasonic vibrations and the load is started without heating said molding material to glass-transition temperature and, during at least the application of ultrasonic vibrations, said mold is fixed to the application mechanism of said ultrasonic vibrations.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of operation and a facility for the same suppressing the generation of dioxins in the combustion exhaust gas and efficiently reclaiming heat from high temperature combustion exhaust gas when firing and reducing fines of chromium ore, iron ore, or other ore or pellets formed from dust sludge, etc. containing iron oxide or other metal oxides generated in the metal industry in a reducing rotary hearth furnace. This treats the combustion gas generated in the reducing rotary hearth furnace to make the temperature of the gas 800° C. or higher for at least a certain time, to make the concentration of the carbon monoxide not more than 200 ppm in terms of volume ratio and to achieve a sufficiently well developed turbulent state at least at one of the inside of the exhaust gas outlet duct and the vicinity of the exhaust gas outlet duct for at least a certain time, then rapidly cooling the gas. Further, it controls the total number of moles of zinc and lead, the total number of moles of alkali metals, and the total number of moles of halogen elements contained in the combustion exhaust gas to a predetermined ratio.

摘要： A silicone rubber is prepared from a silicone rubber compound comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane having an average degree of polymerization of at least 100, (B) a reinforcing silica filler, and (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane by mixing component (C) with components (A) and (B) and heating them at a temperature of at least 100.degree. C. to form the silicone rubber compound, adding an organic peroxide or a platinum group metal catalyst to the compound, and crosslinking the compound. The silicone rubber exhibits a minimal difference in physical properties between primary vulcanization and secondary vulcanization.

The adhesion remains stable for a long period of time. In addition, the coating film is almost non-tacky because the coating composition is cured well even by an organic peroxide.
