摘要： In a pin-slide type disc brake, the caliper of the disc brake is prevented from dropping or turning on a slide pin due to its own weight during replacement of the friction pads of the disc brake by providing a fitting hole in a part of a support straddling the disc in the radial direction of the disc and in the vicinity of a caliper guide mechanism located on the upper side of the support. A rigid rod is fitted into the hole and arranged to have, for example, the inner wall of the disc straddling portion of the caliper come to engage it to thus prevent the caliper from dropping when it is turned about the slide pin.

摘要： A regulator valve for a hydraulic anti-skid apparatus and which includes a housing provided with a first inlet port for connection to a fluid pump and the anti-skid apparatus, a second inlet port for connection to a master cylinder, and an outlet port for connection to a fluid reservoir, a regulator piston reciprocably disposed within the housing to form a first fluid chamber in open communication with the first inlet and outlet ports and a second fluid chamber in open communication with the second inlet port, and a spring loaded annular valve seat member arranged within the first fluid chamber to cooperate with a valve part of the piston so as to control the fluid flow from the first inlet port to the outlet port in response to the difference in pressure between the fluid chambers. A support member is arranged within the first fluid chamber formed therein with an axial bore in which a large diameter portion of the piston is slidably disposed to form a third annular fluid chamber. The support member is further formed with an orifice for effecting the fluid flow between the first and third fluid chambers in response to axial movement of the piston.

摘要： A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein an information processing program to be executed by a computer is provided. The information processing program causes the computer to function as: preferential display object placing means for placing a preferential display object in an imaging range of a virtual stereo camera in a virtual three-dimensional space; stereoscopically visible image rendering means for taking the virtual three-dimensional space using the virtual stereo camera, and rendering a stereoscopically visible image of the virtual three-dimensional space; and display control means for causing the display apparatus to display the stereoscopically visible image rendered by the stereoscopically visible image rendering means. The stereoscopically visible image rendering means renders the preferential display object in preference to a predetermined object in front of the preferential display object, such that a portion of the preferential display object being overlapped by the predetermined object is translucent.

摘要： A magnetic code reading device and magnetic code reading method in an ATM or the like which after detecting a readout magnetic waveform including jitter, performs necessary transaction processing without performing uniform error processing in a predetermined case. The device includes a magnetic head having a magnetic sensor for writing and reading, magnetic code onto/from a magnetic recording medium, a timing disk for generating a timing pulse in correspondence with a moving distance of the magnetic head, and a controller for controlling the magnetic head and the timing disk, wherein upon reading of magnetic code on the magnetic recording medium where predetermined information is written in correspondence with the timing pulse, if jitter appears at relatively fixed intervals, corresponding to a rotational period of the timing disk, in a series of readout magnetic waveforms detected by the magnetic sensor, the controller recognizes the magnetic code based on the series of readout magnetic waveforms including the jitter, while if jitter is not related to the rotational period of the timing disk, the controller performs reading error processing.

摘要： A heat treatment device including a handling chamber that has a carriers feed in/out opening for carriers holding plural sheets of objects to be treated parallelly vertical, a vertical heat treatment furnace for heat treating the objects and a posture changer for swinging the carriers near the carriers feed in/out opening of the handling chamber on a rotational center into a territory of lower sides of the carriers to change the posture of the objects to be treated from the vertical position to the horizontal position. The heat treatment device also has a carriers storage unit disposed above the posture changing means for storing a plural number of posture changed carriers, conveying device for conveying the carriers between the storage unit and the posture changing device and the heat treatment furnace side. Also, provided is a transferrer for transferring the objects-to-be-treated to/from an objects-to-be-treated holder for loading and unloading into/out of the heat treatment furnace side. The posture changer swings the carriers on the rotational center to sides of the carriers to change the carriers' posture from vertical to horizontal so the carriers have postures changed along a swing track of a minimum radius with small bulge amounts and a minimum moving amount. Thus, a conveying distance and a conveying time for conveying the posture changed carriers to the upper storage unit be reduced, and the heat treatment device can be smaller-sized and have improved processing efficiency.
