摘要: There has been a need for an overcoat film composition that functions as an overcoat film in terms of high transparency and flatness, and that also functions as an aligning film in terms of liquid crystal molecular alignment. There has also been a need to lower the cost of manufacturing a liquid crystal display element. There is provided an overcoat film composition comprising one or more compounds selected from the group of polyester-polyamic acids (A1) obtained using at least a polyhydric hydroxy compound (a1), a diamine (a2), and a compound having two or more acid anhydride groups (a3), and polyester-polyimides (A2) that are imidization products thereof, and a polyamic acid (B).

摘要: Provided is a watch capable of performing digital display as well as analog display. The watch can offer digital display without posing disadvantages peculiar to a liquid crystal panel. On the other hand, the watch can reduce the restrictions in design and make the digital display larger and easier to see. The watch includes a light-shielding plate 22 on the rear side of the dial 24. In the light-shielding plate, light-transmitting holes 23 are made piercing from a front of the light-shielding plate to a rear thereof. Thin chip LEDs 17 are inserted in the light-transmitting holes, and mounted on a circuit board 16. The circuit board is placed on the rear side of the light-shielding plate. On the rear side of the circuit board, an analog movement 13 is provided, and an LED drive circuit 33 for driving the LEDs is placed. Thus, the LEDs 17 for digital display are placed on the rear side of the dial. The dial is formed so as to have an optical transmittance such that the digital display with the LEDs can be visually identified through the dial only when the LEDs are ON.

摘要: A multibeam antenna apparatus is disclosed. The multibeam antenna apparatus includes a main reflector (1), a sub-reflector (2), a focused beam feeder (3), a primary radiator array (5) having a plurality of primary radiators (5a), and a lens array (10) having a plurality of wavefront transformation lenses (10a) corresponding to the plurality of primary radiators (5a), respectively. The lens array (10) can be placed in the vicinity of a front end of the primary radiator array (5). As an alternative, the lens array (10) is placed in an electric wave propagation range of the focused beam feeder (3) where multiple beams which constitute a multibeam are spatially isolated from one another in terms of electric power. Thus the multibeam antenna apparatus can prevent an error from occurring in the orientation of each beam.

摘要: An oil separator capable of preventing breakage in a float with an extremely simple configuration is provided. An oil separator is to separate oil in a refrigerant that is discharged from a compressor and return the oil to the compressor. The oil separator includes: a tank, into which a refrigerant discharged from the compressor flows; a float having a hollow therein that is held vertically movably in the tank, the float moving up and down with a change of an oil level in the tank; and a needle valve to return oil in the tank to the compressor in accordance with up/down movement of the float. The float includes an equalizing tube having a lower end that opens at a bottom part in the float and an upper end that opens outside of the float and above the oil level in the tank.

摘要: An electronic device is provided which firmly holds a battery pack at the time of mounting the battery pack, and can easily eject the battery pack at the time of ejection. When a battery pack 11 is housed in a battery compartment 21, and a cover 30 is slid from an attachment start position P1 to an attachment completion position P0 to cover the battery compartment 21, a regulation member 32 disposed on a rear surface 301 of the cover 30 is engaged with a battery pack locking claw 221 of a battery pack holding member 22, which locks an upper surface 11A of the battery pack 11. As a result, the movement of the battery pack holding member 22 in a direction of disengaging the battery pack locking claw 221 is regulated so that the battery pack 11 can be surely prevented from coming off from the battery compartment 21. Also, when the cover 30 moves to the attachment start position P1, the regulation member 32 is also moved and disengaged from the battery pack locking claw 221. As a result, the battery pack locking claw 221 of the battery pack holding member 22 can be moved in the disengaging direction, and the cover 30 is removed so that the battery pack 11 can be easily ejected.
