摘要: In a sensor device 1 according to the present invention, power is supplied from a control device 10 to a power supply terminal 7 and a ground terminal 9 of the sensor device 1 via a power supply line Vcc and a ground line Gnd, respectively, and a sensor output voltage is sent from a sensor output terminal 8 to the control device 10 via a sensor output line Vout. The control device 10 has disposed therein a constant voltage source 11 that supplies a constant voltage to the sensor device 1, and a pull-up resistor 12 connected between the sensor output line Vout and the constant voltage source 11. The sensor device 1 comprises: a physical quantity detection unit 2 that varies a voltage Vsen in accordance with a measured physical quantity; a regulator 3 that generates a low voltage from a power supply voltage supplied from the power supply terminal 7; an open-collector operational amplifier 4 that operates with the low voltage supplied from the regulator 3 to control a voltage for the sensor output terminal 8; and resistor elements 5, 6 that together form a voltage divider circuit for subjecting the voltage for the sensor output terminal 8 to voltage division.

摘要: In configurations in which a circuit element is connected in parallel with a resistor, it is difficult to detect a break in the two wires. A thermal flow meter includes a heating element and a temperature controlling bridge circuit that is formed of a plurality of resistors and controls the temperature of the heating element. The thermal flow meter includes: a circuit element connected in parallel with at least one resistor configuring the temperature controlling bridge circuit through two wires drawn from both ends of the resistor; a voltage detection circuit that detects that the magnitude of voltage produced between the two wires has become smaller than a first predetermined value; and a fault signal output circuit that, when it is detected at the voltage detection circuit that the. magnitude of the voltage has become smaller than the first predetermined value, outputs a signal indicating a fault.

摘要: A thermal flow sensor with improved measurement accuracy is provided. The thermal flow sensor includes: an air flow rate detection element with a diaphragm having a thin-film portion in a semiconductor substrate; at least one heat generating resistor on the diaphragm; at least one temperature measuring resistor that detects temperature on each of an upstream side and a downstream side of the heat generating resistor; and a correction circuit portion that processes an output signal of the air flow rate detection element on the basis of temperature difference information of at least the two temperature measuring resistors on the upstream side and the downstream side, wherein a waveform of the output signal processed by the correction circuit portion is a waveform obtained by cutting a part of a mountain part or a valley part constituting a peak value by outputting of an arbitrary predetermined value when the peak value of the waveform exceeds the arbitrary predetermined value.

摘要: Provided is a sensor device that suppresses a malfunction caused by a negative surge or a voltage drop. A sensor device includes a sensor element having an electrical characteristic varying according to a physical amount, a signal processing circuit configured to process an output signal of the sensor element, a transistor element interposed between a power source terminal and the signal processing circuit, a resistive element configured to connect a drain and a gate of the transistor element, or a collector and a base of the transistor element, and an element having threshold voltage for connecting the gate or the base of the transistor element to a GND. The element regulates current flowing from the resistive element in a direction of the GND, in a case in which supply voltage to the signal processing circuit falls below the threshold voltage.

A thermal flow rate meter 1 which measures a flow rate of a gas based on a temperature difference between an upstream side temperature sensor 12 and a downstream side temperature sensor 13, which are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of a heating element 11. In addition, an output signal from the sensor output circuit is transmitted to a control circuit via an output signal line. The control circuit includes a pull-up resistor, a capacitor, and an input gate circuit.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gas sensor device with which highly accurate measurement performance can be achieved even if there are changes in the environmental temperature. The present invention is provided with: a detection heater (3) formed in a thin film part; a temperature compensation heater (4) formed so as to surround the detection heater; a detection heater heating control circuit for controlling the heating temperature of the detection heater (3); and a temperature compensation heater heating control circuit for controlling the heating temperature of the temperature compensation heater to a heating temperature lower than the heating temperature of the detection heater. The detection heater heating control circuit and the temperature compensation heater heating control circuit adjust the respective heating currents in response to an increase in the temperature of a substrate, so as to reduce the temperature difference between the heating temperature of the detection heater (3) and the heating temperature of the temperature compensation heater (4).

摘要: In conventional sensor devices, it has been difficult to achieve both EMC resistance and ESD resistance, which are required at the output terminals of an automobile sensor device. A sensor device 1 of the present embodiment comprises: a power supply terminal 2 that supplies power; a ground terminal 3; a sensor element 4, the electrical characteristics of which change in accordance with a physical quantity; a signal processing integrated circuit 5 that processes an output signal output from the sensor element 4; and an output terminal that outputs the output signal processed by the signal processing integrated circuit 5. In addition, the signal processing integrated circuit 5 comprises: a signal processing circuit 6 that processes the output signal output from the sensor element 4; a resistance element 8 that is connected between the output terminal 11 and the signal processing circuit 6, and that is disposed on an insulating film; diode elements 9, 10 that are connected between the output terminal 11 and the ground terminal 3, and that are serially connected with each other in opposite directions; and a capacitance element 7 that is connected between the ground terminal 3 and the signal processing circuit 6 side of the resistance element 8.
