Abstract: A composite cable is composed of plural electric power wires, a first twisted wire made by laying plural signal wires together, a second twisted wire disposed opposite the first twisted wire with the electric power wires between the first twisted wire and the second twisted wire, and a sheath formed over plural electric power wires, the first twisted wire, and the second twisted wire. The second twisted wire is made by laying plural electric wires including a grounding wire together. Each of the plural electric wires of the second twisted wire is composed of a conductor and an insulator formed over the conductor.

Abstract: A composite harness includes a composite cable that includes a plurality of first electric wires, a multicore wire formed by covering a plurality of second electric wires having a smaller diameter than the plurality of first electric wires with one urethane-based resin inner sheath to be in contact with the first electric wires, and a jacket covering an outer periphery of the plurality of first electric wires and the multicore wire, and a molded resin provided at an end portion of the composite cable so as to cover an outer surface of the inner sheath at an end portion of the multicore wire. The outer surface of the inner sheath is irregularity-formed at least at a portion in contact with the plurality of first electric wires and a portion covered with the molded resin.

The first assembled article is formed by arranging the signal lines to be paired at each pair of opposing vertices of a polygon with an even number of vertices in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the signal line unit and twisting all the signal lines together.

Abstract: Both deformation of a cross-sectional shape of the entire composite cable and deformation of a cross-sectional shape of an electric wire included in the composite cable are suppressed. The composite cable includes: a plurality of first electric wires; a shield electric wire in which a shield layer 33 is formed around a twist pair wire 32 obtained by intertwining a plurality of second electric wires; a sheath formed around an electric wire assembly obtained by intertwining the first electric wires and the shield electric wire; a first line filler filled between the twist pair wire and the shield layer; and a second line filler filled between the electric wire assembly and the sheath. The first electric wires and the shield electric wire are intertwined in a first direction, and the second electric wires are also intertwined in the first direction.

The sheath includes an injection molded body including an urethane resin. The tape member includes a non-woven fabric tape including a polyester, a polypropylene, an aramid fiber, a nylon, an acryl fiber, or a glass fiber and an air permeability defined by the Frazier method of not less than 30 cm3/cm2·sec. A twist direction of the assembled article is opposite to a winding direction of the non-woven fabric tape.
