摘要: An in-vehicle system is provided with a first in-vehicle unit having a first electric signal transfer part, a first substrate wiring, and a first connector; a second in-vehicle unit having a second electric signal transfer part, a second substrate wiring, a third substrate wiring, a second connector, and a third connector; a third in-vehicle unit having a third electric signal transfer part, a fourth substrate wiring, a fifth substrate wiring, and a fourth connector; a first insulated sheathed cable connecting the first connector and the second connector; and a second insulated sheathed cable connecting the third connector and the fourth connector. When the first insulated sheathed cable is connected, the first substrate wiring and the third substrate wiring become conductive. When the second insulated sheathed cable is connected, the second substrate wiring and the fifth substrate wiring become conductive, and the third substrate wiring and the fourth substrate become conductive.

摘要: An electrical cable assembly, comprising a first electrical circuit further comprising a first plurality of insulated conductors longitudinally disposed to one another, wherein the first plurality of insulated conductors are cabled together in a bundle. The electrical cable assembly further comprises a second electrical circuit longitudinally disposed to the first electrical circuit, the second electrical circuit comprising a second plurality of insulated conductors longitudinally disposed to one another and cabled together in a bundle and a nonmetallic jacket surrounding the second plurality of insulated conductors and wherein the nonmetallic jacket isolating the first electrical circuit from the second electrical circuit. The electrical cable assembly further comprises a flexible interlocking metallic armor encasing the first and second electrical circuits.

The apparatus includes a feed device, a stationary holding device, a holding device that is non-stationary along a linear guiding direction, a non-stationary bundling device that is separate from the non-stationary holding device and a controller connected to a drive of the non-stationary bundling device. The stationary holding device and/or the non-stationary holding device are configured to twist the respectively held end of the wires; The controller controls the drive in such a way that a distance between a bundling segment of the non-stationary bundling device and the non-stationary holding device assumes a specified or a specifiable distance.

摘要: Cable foil tape having random or pseudo-random patterns or long pattern lengths of discontinuous metallic shapes and a method for manufacturing such patterned foil tape are provided. In some embodiments, a laser ablation system is used to selectively remove regions or paths in a metallic layer of a foil tape to produce random distributions of randomized shapes, or pseudo-random patterns or long pattern lengths of discontinuous shapes in the metal layer. In some embodiments, the foil tape is double-sided, having a metallic layer on each side of the foil tape, and the laser ablation system is capable of ablating nonconductive pathways into the metallic layer on both sides of the foil tape.

Moreover, a diameter of the strength member is substantially equal to or higher than a diameter of the transmission core.

摘要: A method of extending the usable length of a power-over-ethernet cable includes the steps of providing twisted pairs of wires with the conductor of each wire being a 20 AWG or 22 AWG conductor and terminating the cable at an RJ-45 style connector. The connector for the 20 AWG conductors has an insert therein with holes that can accommodate 20 AWG conductors. FEP, PVC or PP insulation may surround each conductor.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are related to modular display panels. In one embodiment, a modular display panel includes a first side which includes a display surface, and an opposite second side. The modular display panel further includes a plastic enclosure including an outer surface that forms substantially all of the second side. The modular display panel further includes LEDs arranged as pixels attached to a printed circuit board which is attached to the plastic enclosure. The modular display panel further includes a circuit for controlling the LEDs and a power source for powering the LEDs. The front side of the printed circuit board is sealed to be waterproof and the plastic enclosure is sealed to be waterproof so that the modular display panel is sealed to be waterproof.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are related to modular display panels. In one embodiment, a modular display panel includes a first side which includes a display surface, and an opposite second side formed from an outer surface of a housing made of plastic. The modular display panel further includes a printed circuit board and LEDs arranged as pixels is attached to the printed circuit board and a sealing compound is disposed over the printed circuit board. The modular display panel further includes a power source for powering the plurality of LEDs and one or more electrical connectors. The sealing compound, the housing, and the one or more electrical connectors form a waterproof enclosure so that the modular display panel is sealed to be waterproof. The modular display panel is configured to be exposed to an external environment without a protective waterproof enclosure and to be cooled passively without fans.

摘要: A composite cable is provided that improves terminal machinability while maintaining bending resistance. The composite cable is provided with: a pair of first electric wires; a twisted-pair wire obtained by twisting together a pair of second electric wires having an outer diameter that is smaller than that of the first electric wires; and a tape member spirally wrapped around an aggregate obtained by twisting the pair of first electric wires together with the twisted-pair wire. The twisting direction of the twisted-pair wire, the twisting direction of the aggregate, and the wrapping direction of the tape member are all the same direction.
