    摘要: After a first base station connects to a first mobile terminal, a first GW (gateway) receives a request for connection between the first mobile terminal and a second GW and identifiers of the second GW and the first mobile terminal and transmits identifiers of the first mobile terminal and the first GW to the second GW. The second GW transmits an MPLS allocation flag to the first GW. The first GW transmits an MPLS allocation signal including an identifier of the first mobile terminal to the second GW via a second NW (network) apparatus. The first base station receives an identifier of the first GW and the MPLS allocation flag from the first GW via a management server and transmits the MPLS allocation signal including the identifier of the first mobile terminal to the first GW via a first NW apparatus.

For obtaining location information, a mobile station receives a paging channel periodically sent from a base station (Step 100), obtains the contents and the reception timing of this paging channel. Further, if it is necessary to obtain the transmission timing of the paging channel, that transmission timing is obtained (Steps 105, 106). The propagation delay of the paging channel or propagation delay differences between a plurality of periodic paging channels are calculated from the transmission timing and the reception timing of the paging channel (Step 107). The mobile station location information is calculated from the propagation delay or propagation delay difference, and outputted (Steps 108, 109, 110).

In a mobile communication system including a mobile terminal and gateway equipment for relaying a packet between a communication partner and the mobile terminal, if the gateway equipment receives the acknowledgement from the mobile terminal, the gateway equipment waits the transmission of the received acknowledgement to the communication partner until the estimated transmission time passes from the time at which the gateway equipment receives the previous acknowledgement from the mobile terminal.

A QoS control server for providing a communication quality control function of a network, a user information management server for managing user's service information, a service proxy server for transferring a service control message transmitted by a user to a service control server, a service relay server for relaying a message between service control servers in two different networks, and a service control server for exercising service control based on user service information are included. In user service start processing, the service control server or service relay server transmits a service control message inclusive of service subscription information acquired beforehand to the service proxy server. The QoS control server acquires the service subscription information from the service proxy server. Thus, subscriber information is reflected to communication quality control processing.
