摘要： Compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein X is alkylene or --(CR.sub.6 .dbd.CR.sub.7).sub.r -- wherein R.sub.6 is H, alkyl or phenyl, R.sub.7 is H, alkyl, cyano or phenyl, and r is 1 or 2; A is alkylene or alkylene interrupted by at least one double bond; R.sub.1 is H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, cycloalkyloxy, cycloalkylthio, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy, phenyl, phenoxy, phenylthio, 3-pyridyloxy or 3-pyridylthio; R.sub.2 is H, hydroxy, alkanoyloxy or alkoxycarbonyloxy, or adjacent R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may combine to form tetramethylene or --CH.sub.2 OCR.sub.8 R.sub.9 O-- (R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 are alkyl); R.sub.3 is H, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl; R.sub.4 is H or alkyl; R.sub.5 is phenyl, heteroaryl or --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --CHR.sub.10 R.sub.11 (R.sub.10 is H or phenyl, R.sub.11 is phenyl or pyridyl and m is 0 to 2); p is 0 or 1; and q is 2 or 3; the phenyl group or moiety being optionally substituted, and a salt thereof, process for the preparation thereof, and pharmaceutical composition containing the same. Said compounds and salts thereof show excellent antiallergic activity mainly through 5-lipoxygenase inhibiting activity, antihistamine activity and/or inhibitory activity against chemical mediator release and useful for treatment of allergic diseases.

摘要： A misfeed monitoring apparatus for transfer press of a type in which feeder stroke is changeable has a display system for indicating when misfeeding of a workpiece takes place.This display system displays the number assigned to each work station being in use in the operation order and causes a display corresponding to a work station to flicker if misfeeding takes place at this work station.Such display is realized by providing the monitoring apparatus with a memory for storing data on the operation state of the work stations and a circuit for causing the display to flicker in response to the output of the memory.

摘要： In a cylinder block manufacturing method, first and second dies and a liner support are provided to form a liner overcast configuration. The first and second dies are positioned with respect to the liner support and a dummy cylinder liner made of an aluminum alloy such that the first die contacts a pressing section of a first axial end of the liner support and a first axially facing end of the dummy cylinder liner, and the second die contacts a second axial end of the liner support and a second axially facing end of the dummy cylinder liner. The first and second dies are preheated to a prescribed temperature with the dummy cylinder liner positioned on the liner support by injecting molten aluminum alloy into a cylinder block molding cavity to form a dummy cylinder block with the dummy cylinder liner casted in the dummy cylinder block.

摘要： A preparative monitoring apparatus for operations of a press displays interlock conditions relating to an operation currently in operation whose establishment is indespensable for the operation to be performed as well as the title of this operation. These interlock conditions are displayed by means of light emitting elements and the title is displayed by a display device provided on a panel. When either one of these interlock conditions is unestablished, the light emitting element corresponding to the unestablished condition and the display of the title are caused to flicker, thereby indicating occurrence of abnormality in the press.
