    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron. The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron including a charge container receiving the supply of reducing material in which hot fine direct reduced iron from multiple fluidized-bed reactors are mixed; at least one pair of roller presses to which the fine direct reduced iron is supplied to undergo roll pressing, thereby producing continuous compacted material having lumped portions adjacent to each other; a crusher crushing the compacted material produced by the roller presses; and a melter-gasifier to which is charged crushed compacted material that is crushed by the crusher. Each of the pair of roller presses include pressed portions and protruded lines formed between the pressed portions. The pressed portions include first and second pressed portions opposing each other and first and second concave surfaces continuously formed on the first and second pressed portions along an axial direction of the at least one pair of roller presses, respectively. When viewed from a direction perpendicular to a plane centered between the first and the second pressed portions: (i) the first and second concave surfaces partially overlap each other, and (ii) the protruded lines are unaligned on the opposing first and second pressed portions.

An apparatus for manufacturing molten iron performs the inventive method for manufacturing molten iron. The processes involved in manufacturing molten iron using the invention are convenient, efficient, improve productivity, and allow for more flexibility with respect to equipment operation during the manufacture of compacted material.

The swing relief energy regeneration apparatus includes: a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor; a swing motor connected to the hydraulic pump through first and second paths; a flow rate control valve controlling the working oil supplied from the hydraulic pump into the swing motor; a first passage having both ends branched and connected to the first and second paths to allow the working oil to move in one direction toward the first or second path from the hydraulic tank; a second passage defined parallel to the first passage and having both ends branched and connected to the upstream sides of the first and second paths to allow the working oil to move in one direction toward the hydraulic tank from the first or second path; a pressure accumulator disposed in a recycling path having one end connected to the second passage and the other end connected to the hydraulic motor to store the working oil relieved into the hydraulic tank; and a sluice valve opened to supply the working oil into the hydraulic motor from the pressure accumulator when the manipulation amount of a manipulation lever for controlling the operation of the excavator exceeds a set value.

    摘要: A hydraulic system for a construction machine having a protection device is disclosed, which can limit a flow rate of hydraulic fluid that is discharged from a hydraulic pump in accordance with a hydraulic fluid temperature and notify an operator of information on the hydraulic fluid temperature. The hydraulic system for a construction machine includes a hydraulic actuator operated by hydraulic fluid that is supplied from a hydraulic pump; a control valve installed in a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic actuator to control a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid that is supplied from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator; an oil cooler installed in a return flow path from the control valve to an hydraulic fluid tank to cool the hydraulic fluid; a hydraulic fluid temperature sensor detecting in real time a hydraulic fluid temperature of the hydraulic fluid tank; a hydraulic pump regulator controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump through adjustment of an inclination angle of a swash plate of the hydraulic pump; and a controller comparing the hydraulic fluid temperature detected by the hydraulic fluid temperature sensor with a predetermined hydraulic fluid temperature, and outputting a control signal to the hydraulic pump regulator so as to limit the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump to or below a predetermined flow rate if the detected hydraulic fluid temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined lower limit value, or equal to or higher than a predetermined upper limit value.
