摘要： Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing an inertial sensor. The method of manufacturing an inertial sensor 100 includes (A) applying a polymer 120 to a base substrate 110, (B) patterning the polymer 120 so as to form an opening part 125 in the polymer 120, (C) completing a cap 130 by forming a cavity 115 on the base substrate 110 exposed fro the opening part 125 through an etching process in a thickness direction, and (D) bonding the cap 130 to a device substrate 140 by using a polymer 120, whereby the polymer 120 is applied to the base substrate 110 in a constant thickness D3, such that the cap 130 may be easily bonded to the device substrate 140 by using the polymer 120.

The wireless apparatus having a shielding function, includes an amplifying unit receiving preset driving power and amplifying a radio frequency (RF) input signal according to a preset gain, an impedance matching unit including at least one coil, receiving the driving power from the amplifying unit, and matching the impedance of a path of a signal, amplified from the amplifying unit, through the coil, and a shielding unit eliminating signal interference between the coil and a transmission path of the driving power from the amplifying unit.

摘要： Provided are a system and method for informing a vehicle accident using a telematics device. In an emergency, such as vehicle collision, etc., the system and method propagate information on the accident to vehicles around the accident scene, thereby informing the vehicles of traffic congestion. Since the vehicles continuously inform the same to vehicles behind through ad-hoc communication, a vehicle guided by a telematics device can recognize the traffic congestion ahead, re-search for a path, and thereby make a detour. Therefore, although vehicles behind the accident scene cannot see the occurrence of the accident on a foggy highway, etc., the risk of a chain-reaction crash is reduced. In addition, it is possible to avoid traffic congestion due to an accident in downtown.

摘要： A constant amplitude decoding apparatus and method for multiplexed direct-sequence spread spectrum communication system are provided. The constant amplitude decoding apparatus includes: a despreading and demultiplexing module receiving a data stream of a constant amplitude and despreading and demultiplexing the received data stream to restore it to a 2D signal; a decoding module first performing a vertical decoding on the 2D signal and then performing horizontal decoding thereon; a control module determining whether to repeatedly perform vertical decoding and horizontal decoding; and a bit stream information output module outputting the decoding results from the decoding module as a bit stream.
