Each input shaft may include a plurality of input gears having different numbers of gear teeth. The second input shaft may be hollow and disposed at a front side of the first input shaft without any rotational interference with the first input shaft. Each shifting output unit may include an output shaft, shift rotational driving force transferred through shifting gears selectively outer-engaging with corresponding input gears by a synchronizing unit and output the shifted rotational driving force through an output gear. The reverse speed idle unit may regulate reverse speed shifting. The electric driving force unit may selectively transfer rotational driving force of a motor/generator to the first input shaft or the second shifting output unit.
