摘要: An engine start controller for a hybrid vehicle and a method thereof are provided. The engine start controller includes a hybrid starter generator (HSG) that is connected to an engine by a belt, a sensor that is configured to measure an HSG speed, and a processor that applies a starting torque to the HSG. When starting the engine, the processor calculates an HSG speed estimated based on the applied starting torque and calculates an amount of slip of the belt using the HSG speed. In addition, the processor calculates a torque change rate correction value based on the calculated amount of slip, and corrects a rate of change rate in the starting torque based on the torque change rate correction value.

摘要: A system and method for estimating a wheel speed of a vehicle are provided. The system includes a wheel speed sensor that detects a rotation speed of a wheel of the vehicle and a longitudinal acceleration sensor that detects a longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle. A controller converts the longitudinal acceleration to a wheel acceleration, compensates for the converted wheel acceleration based on a compensation value obtained using wheel speed information, integrates the compensated wheel acceleration, and calculates a wheel speed estimation value based on the integrated wheel acceleration.

The system includes wheel speed sensors mounted on drive wheels, respectively, of the vehicle to measure a drive wheel speed, a disturbance observer for extracting a primary disturbance by comparing an actual vehicle behavior based on a required torque with a vehicle behavior estimated based on the drive wheel speed using a vehicle behavior model in an acceleration situation of the vehicle, a filter for extracting a secondary disturbance in a preset frequency range from the primary disturbance, a compensator for calculating a compensation torque for cancelling the secondary disturbance, a hysteresis circuit for determining whether to compensate for the required torque based on the compensation torque, and a calculator for calculating a compensated required torque using the required torque and the compensation torque.

摘要: A shift control method and system for a hybrid vehicle are provided to increase the recovery rate of regenerative energy, improve the fuel efficiency, and minimize the loss of the fuel efficiency upon reaccelerating after braking. The method include: acquiring in real-time information regarding a transmission input speed during driving and sensing a brake pedal operation. In addition, whether a road driving situation or a driver tendency corresponds to a skip shift allowable condition is detected when the brake pedal operation is sensed. A target shift stage to which a skip shift of two or more stages is performed is selected from a current shift stage based on the transmission input speed in real-time, when the road driving situation or the driver tendency corresponds to the skip shift allowable condition. Then a transmission is operated to shift to the selected target shift stage.
