A controller converts the longitudinal acceleration to a wheel acceleration, compensates for the converted wheel acceleration based on a compensation value obtained using wheel speed information, integrates the compensated wheel acceleration, and calculates a wheel speed estimation value based on the integrated wheel acceleration.
