    摘要: A semiconductor sub-assembly and a semiconductor power module capable of having the reduced thickness of a chip and reduced thermal resistance are provided. The semiconductor sub-assembly includes a single or a plurality of semiconductor chips having a first electrode that is formed on the lower surface thereof, a second electrode that is formed on the upper surface thereof, and a plurality of chip-side signal electrode pads that are formed at one end of the upper surface thereof. The semiconductor chip is embedded in the embedded structure and a plurality of extension signal electrode pads are connected to each of the chip-side signal electrode pads. The extension signal electrode pad is formed on the embedded substrate in a size greater than the chip-side signal electrode pad when viewed on the plane.

The apparatus includes a sensor configured to obtain information about a driver of the vehicle, an output device configured to output a notification to the driver, and a control circuit configured to be electrically connected with the sensor and the output device. The control circuit is configured to recognize a state of the driver based on the information obtained by the sensor, set a route toward a safety zone, when the state of the driver meets a specified condition, and control the vehicle to change a lane where the vehicle is traveling to a lane adjacent to the safety zone.

    摘要: A driving control apparatus for a vehicle includes: one or more external sensors, one or more vehicle sensors, a steering device, an acceleration/deceleration device, an output device, a communication circuit, and a control circuit. The control circuit detects a failure associated with autonomous driving while the vehicle performs the autonomous driving, outputs the warning signal for a transfer of control of the vehicle by using the output device for a first time interval, when the failure is detected, controls the acceleration/deceleration device for a second time interval after the first time interval to reduce a travel speed of the vehicle to a target speed, and controls the steering device and the acceleration/deceleration device after the second time interval to maintain a travel lane of the vehicle with the travel speed lower than the target speed.

A second touch sensing member is disposed across the first touch sensing member, and is provided with a second touch surface that is located on the opposite side of the first touch sensing member.     摘要: A touch input device includes a first sensor having a first surface to which a touch is input, and a second surface opposing the first surface, and a second sensor connected to the second surface of the first sensor, and spaced apart from the first sensor in a vertical direction, wherein the first sensor measures a first position of the touch input to the first surface, wherein the second sensor measures a force caused by the touch input to the first surface of the first sensor, and calculates a second position by applying the force measured by the second sensor to force and moment equilibrium equations, when a distance between the first position and the second position is greater than or less than a threshold, the touch input to the first surface of the first sensor is determined to be a shear force or a sliding gesture, respectively.
