摘要: A vehicle switches between an autonomous driving state, in which the vehicle is responsible for implementing driving tasks including vehicle steering, vehicle driving, vehicle braking, and periphery monitoring, and a manual driving state or a driving assistance state, in which a driver of the vehicle is responsible for implementing at least one of the driving tasks. A processor implements the driving tasks based on a vehicle behavior plan, which indicates a vehicle behavior scheduled in the autonomous driving state, and generates a second task priority plan, which is the vehicle behavior plan until the driving mode is switched from the autonomous driving state to the manual driving state, such that a convenient finish time, at which a second task implemented by the driver in the autonomous driving state is conveniently finished, comes before the driving mode switching.

It is a moving apparatus that is switchable between automatic driving and manual driving and includes a driver information acquisition unit that acquires driver information of a driver of the moving apparatus, an environmental information acquisition unit that acquires surrounding information of the moving apparatus, a takeover abandonment input unit that inputs, to a system, takeover refusal information for a driver to refuse driving takeover to change automatic driving of the moving apparatus to manual driving, and a data processing unit that checks a switching point from automatic driving to manual driving on the basis of information acquired by the environmental information acquisition unit and executes a manual driving return request notification to the driver before reaching the switching point, in which the data processing unit further executes an evacuation process of a vehicle in response to a takeover abandonment input.

摘要: A control system for a vehicle capable of traveling in first and second traveling states is provided. The second traveling state requires an operation related to traveling by a passenger more than the first traveling state. The system changes, based on a traveling situation of the vehicle, an upper limit speed at which the vehicle can travel in the first traveling state. The system performs notification to the passenger of a request for a predetermined operation at a timing when a traveling speed of the vehicle reaches a predetermined speed when switching from the first traveling state to the second traveling state. A difference between the upper limit speed and the predetermined speed is increased in a case where the upper limit speed is high compared to a case where the upper limit speed is low.

摘要: A configuration is achieved in which driver information and environmental information are input and a safety index value indicating whether or not a driver who is performing automatic driving is in a state of being able to perform safe manual driving or a manual driving recovery available time is estimated. The configuration includes: a driver information acquisition unit that acquires driver information of a movement device such as an automobile; an environmental information acquisition unit that acquires environmental information of the movement device; and a safety determination unit that receives, as an input, the driver information and the environmental information, and learns and calculates a safety index value indicating whether or not a driver in the movement device during automatic driving is in a state of being able to perform safe manual driving. The safety determination unit further estimates a manual driving recovery available time including a time required until the driver in the movement device during the automatic driving becomes able to start the safe manual driving.

The vehicle guidance system also continues to provide the longitudinal and/or lateral guidance of the vehicle in at least a partially automated manner for a takeover period of time and/or for a takeover distance.
