The system includes a big data server that receives vehicle driving related data, processes and analyzes the received data to generate a driving power pattern of the vehicle, and stores the driving power pattern. A vehicle controller determines whether to limit charging/discharging power of a battery based on continuous charging/discharging time or an accumulation amount of continuous charging/discharging power of the battery and calculates battery charging/discharging power to be limited based on the driving power pattern received from the big data server when the charging/discharging power of the battery is limited.

摘要: A power relay assembly (PRA) and a method of controlling the same are provided. The power relay assembly includes a first main relay for interconnecting negative voltages of a battery and an inverter, a second main relay for interconnecting positive voltages of the battery and the inverter, and a pre-charge relay connected in parallel to the second main relay. A controller executes the open or short sequence of the first main relay, the second main relay, and the pre-charge relay based on the opening and closing operation between the battery and the inverter or the charging and discharging operation of the battery. The opening and closing operation is divided into an opening operation and a closing operation between the battery and the inverter, and the charging and discharging operation is divided into a charging operation and a discharging operation of the battery.

摘要: A control method of monitoring deterioration of a battery of a vehicle, may include determining, by a controller, whether an entry condition of allowing an entry to a deterioration monitoring mode of the battery is satisfied; setting, by the controller, a deterioration monitoring condition when the entry condition of allowing the entry to the deterioration monitoring mode of the battery is satisfied; performing, by the controller, charging of the battery after the setting of the deterioration monitoring condition is completed; and stopping, by the controller, the charging and determining a deterioration rate of the battery when a first state of charge (SOC) value of the battery is greater than a predetermined first reference value as a result of the performing the charging.

摘要: A system for managing the temperature of a battery, may include a battery configured to store electrical energy; a temperature-increase heater configured to convert the electrical energy stored in the battery into thermal energy to increase the temperature of the battery; a temperature-increase heater relay configured to connect or disconnect an electrical energy path provided from the battery to the temperature-increase heater; a thermal fuse configured to disconnect the electrical energy path when the temperature of the battery is equal to or higher than a predetermined reference temperature; and a controller configured to induce disconnection of the thermal fuse by increasing the temperature of the battery to the reference temperature or higher using the thermal energy converted by the temperature-increase heater, when the temperature-increase heater relay is fused.

摘要: A system and method for diagnosing insulation-breakdown of a vehicle component including a system in a vehicle including high voltage components are provided. A battery management system interlocks with the battery pack, the high voltage relay, and the high voltage component controller to diagnose whether the battery pack, an input stage of the high voltage component controller, and the high voltage component are insulated-breakdown.
