    摘要: A system for managing the temperature of a battery, may include a battery configured to store electrical energy; a temperature-increase heater configured to convert the electrical energy stored in the battery into thermal energy to increase the temperature of the battery; a temperature-increase heater relay configured to connect or disconnect an electrical energy path provided from the battery to the temperature-increase heater; a thermal fuse configured to disconnect the electrical energy path when the temperature of the battery is equal to or higher than a predetermined reference temperature; and a controller configured to induce disconnection of the thermal fuse by increasing the temperature of the battery to the reference temperature or higher using the thermal energy converted by the temperature-increase heater, when the temperature-increase heater relay is fused.

    摘要: A vehicle power supply system includes a high-voltage battery pack that has a battery housing and a battery cell provided in the battery housing. A PRA is electrically connected to the battery cell. A first battery connector is provided at one side of the battery housing, a connecting member electrically connects the power relay assembly and the first battery connector, and a second battery connector is electrically connected to the power relay assembly and provided at the other side of the battery housing. A first junction box is electrically connected to a first power electronic module of a vehicle and has a first junction box connector. A first battery connecting cable electrically connects the first junction box connector and the first battery connector. A second battery connecting cable electrically connects the second battery connector and a second power electronic module of the vehicle.

    摘要: Disclosed is a cooling control method and system for a battery. The cooling control method includes measuring, by a controller, an exterior temperature of a vehicle and a temperature of a battery. When the exterior temperature of the vehicle exceeds a first temperature, the method includes setting, by the controller, a cooling reference temperature based on the temperature of the battery and the exterior temperature. Furthermore, the method includes cooling, by the controller, the battery by adjusting the intensity of a cooling fan based on the set cooling reference temperature to prevent the temperature of the battery upon termination of cooling from exceeding a second temperature.
