摘要： An axle assembly for drive wheels of vehicles includes a steering knuckle, an axle housing coupled to an inside of the steering knuckle, a wheel disc that is fixed to the axle housing to be rotatable integrally with the axle housing, and a drive shaft that is coupled to the axle housing to be rotatable integrally with the axle housing. A hub bearing is disposed between the steering knuckle and the axle housing. A forming part is formed at an end of the axle housing in a state in which a bearing inner race of the hub bearing is coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the axle housing, and the bearing inner race is engaged with a side part of the axle housing by the forming part in a state in which the forming part is pressed against a side end of the bearing inner race.

The axle assembly includes the shaft rotated by receiving driving force from a powertrain; an axle housing disposed to pass through a center of a steering knuckle connected to a steering apparatus; a wheel bearing mounted between the steering knuckle and the axle housing; a joint bearing mounted on an outer part of the shaft; and a boot unit configured to have a first end coupled to an outer race of the joint bearing and a second end coupled to an outer race of the wheel bearing so as to form a space filled with a lubricant outside the shaft.

摘要： An inner shaft supporting apparatus of a vehicle power train may include a bracket coupled to a bearing, the bracket including a bearing coupling part, wherein an outer ring of the bearing may be seated in an inside of the bearing coupling part, and wherein an inner ring of the bearing may be press-fitted into to be integrally coupled to an inner shaft, and an upper coupling part and a lower coupling part disposed at upper and lower part thereof based on the bearing coupling part, respectively, wherein the upper coupling part and the lower coupling part may be fixedly coupled to a coupling part of the power train by a first bolt, and a separation preventing cover coupled to the bracket and the inner shaft to prevent the bearing from being separated from the bracket and an axial movement of the inner shaft integrally equipped with the bearing.

摘要： A constant velocity joint for a vehicle. The constant velocity joint includes: an axle housing fixed to a knuckle by a hub bearing, and a joint assembly inserted into the axle housing to transmit power from a shaft to the axle housing through a plurality of joint balls. In particular, the axle housing includes an extension portion which is extended from an end portion of the axle housing in a radial direction of the axle housing, and the extension portion provides a pressing force to an inner race of the hub bearing in an axial direction of the axle housing. The constant velocity joint further includes a boot surrounding an outer side of the extension portion and coupled to the extension portion so as to form a restraining force between the extension portion and the boot in the axial direction.
