A bearing device for a vehicle wheel (1) is provided with an inner member and an outer ring (2) which is an outer member having a vehicle-body-mounting flange part (2d), wherein the outer ring (2) has a pilot part (2e) disposed inward of the vehicle-body-mounting flange part (2d), and the pilot part (2e) has a fitting portion (2f) configured to be fitted to a knuckle (10) and a guiding portion (2g) having a diameter which gradually decreases inward from the inner-side end of the fitting portion (2f).

    摘要: A carbon fiber rim contains: a body, two clamping pieces, and a plurality of covering layers. The body includes a recessed fixing face defined on an outer diameter thereof so as to fix a tire and two connecting faces formed on two sides thereof so as to align with the two clamping pieces, and each clamping piece is a circular loop and corresponds to a profile of an outer peripheral side of the body. The plurality of covering layers are fitted and surround around the body and the two clamping pieces. Thereby, the two clamping pieces are fixed on the two connecting faces of the body by using the plurality of covering layers so that the two brake blocks do not contact with the body directly and brake a bicycle wheel via the two clamping pieces.

    摘要: A method including the steps of forming an inner ring of a wheel hub, by joining a spindle and an insert ring fitted onto the spindle, on a side of a first end of the spindle; axially blocking the insert ring on the spindle by plastically deforming the first end of the spindle that forms an upset collar therewith, which axially protrudes from the insert ring; frontally obtaining on the collar, on the side opposite to the insert ring, a frontal toothing by means of a single creator tool, towards the collar, with a toothing complementary to that to be obtained, by axially impressing onto the collar, in sequence, one or more teeth of the complementary toothing by eccentrically pushing the creator tool against the collar while the creator tool is held substantially coaxial to the wheel hub, thus acting peripherally in sequence on the whole creator tool.

    摘要: The process of production of a hybrid wheel in light alloy of the type including a disk and a rim able to be rendered integral by a friction weld, is characterized by the fact that it involves the following working phases:production of the front disk, obtained via a dual operation of casting of an initial foundry preform and transferring the said initial foundry preform into a forging die, plus the operation of forging of the aforesaid initial foundry preform in view of obtaining the front disk, and then the operation of flash removal to obtain the said front disk;manufacturing of the rim portion, with production of a billet of light alloy, and conversion of the said billet into a circular flank obtained by hot or cold extrusion, followed by expansion of this circular flank to the dimensions of the final rim, plus the operation of hot or cold flow-forming of the circular flank to the final form and profile of the rim;assembly of the front disk portion and the rim via welding, involving a friction welding operation after machining of the areas to be assembled. The invention covers the production of hybrid and light alloy wheels manufactured in accordance with the process.
