Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems, methods, and devices for managing traffic through a road segment and/or intersection. The traffic management system may place traffic objects in a collaboration group for coordinating movements in the road segment and/or intersection in response to a received indication that an emergency vehicle has a planned route that includes the road segment and/or intersection. The traffic management system may determine a movement plan for each traffic object in the collaboration group based on received measurements about the road segment and the planned route of the emergency vehicle. The traffic management system may control a transmitter to send the movement plan to each traffic object in the collaboration group.

Abstract: Methods and devices are provided to send new or modified measurement requests and measurement reports during an announcement transmission interval (ATI). The measurement requests and measurement reports are used to determine the feasibility of spatial sharing in wireless local area networks (WLANs). New or modified measurement requests and measurement reports eliminate fields in the measurement request elements and measurement configuration information to lower or limit the overhead used in the ATI. These changes ensure the ATI does not become too long in duration and allows sharing measurement data during the ATI, even in dense WLAN environments.

Abstract: A device may include a processor configured to obtain context information of a plurality of nodes that are configured to communicate according to a publish and subscribe pattern, wherein the context information represents attributes associated with services that each node is able to provide for a collaboration with a further node; determine, in response to a received collaboration request representative of one or more conditions of a collaboration sought by a requester node, one or more nodes of the plurality of nodes that meet the one or more conditions of the collaboration based on the context information of the plurality of nodes; and encode discovery information for a transmission to the requester node, wherein the discovery information is representative of an attribute required to communicate with the determined one or more nodes according to the publish and subscribe pattern.
