    摘要: The present invention relates to methods and media for single cell serum free culture of CHO cells. Generally, the invention relates to a method of culturing CHO cells at a cell density of less than 100 cells/ml in a serum-free cell culture medium. The medium is sufficient to support the growth of a single CHO cell and comprises a basal medium sufficient to support the growth of CHO cells and a supplemental medium, wherein the combined basal medium and supplemental medium comprise an antioxidant, L-glutamine, iron, ethanolamine, and albumin; and insulin, wherein the insulin may be present in either the basal medium or the supplemental medium, or both. Optionally, the medium may contain EGF or IGF.
