    摘要: For example, a blended composition is produced first by letting a monomer composition, mainly composed of alkyl (meth)acrylate and including a compound having a plurality of polymeric groups within a molecule, contain microscopic particles, such as carbon black, having an average primary particle size in a range between 1 nm and 200 nm, and then the blended composition is polymerized. Consequently, it has become possible to produce inexpensive crosslinked elastomer having excellent physical properties, such as small creep (low creep) in compression set, tensile elongation set, etc., and excellent mechanical strength, such as tensile break strength and tensile break elongation, in a simple procedure omitting the post-crosslinking step at a high-level productivity while saving energy and time spent in the kneading step.

    摘要: A movable unit in an injection molding machine is started to operate and the current physical quantity and the current time (or current position of the movable unit) are detected. The current physical quantity is stored as a reference physical quantity in association with the elapsed time of operation of the movable unit (or position of the movable unit). A deviation of the current physical quantity from the reference physical quantity is calculated and stored, a distribution index value is then calculated from the physical quantity deviations in the first to n-th cycles, and a threshold value is determined from the distribution index value. When the deviation exceeds the threshold value, alarm processing is performed.

    摘要: There is obtained an energy storage mechanism, for a switching device, that has a structure requiring no high-accuracy components and can perform release of driving-power transmission and re-engagement. In the case where the closing spring 22 is energized, the main gear 5 is rotated by the energy storage motor 3 or manually, via the output gear 16 and the intermediate gear 33; in the case where the closing spring 22 has been energized, the engagement between the intermediate gear 33 and the main gear 5 is released at a missing-tooth portion 34 of a gear B; in the case where the switching device is closed, the main gear 5 is rotated by restoration force exerted by the closing spring 22, and the intermediate gear 33 is separated from the main gear 5 due to the elongated hole 35 that supports the rotation axle 25 thereof; and in the case where the closing spring 22 is energized again, the intermediate gear 33 is again engaged with the main gear 5 due to the elongated hole 35 that supports the rotation axle 25 thereof.
