摘要： A digital still camera is provided with a freely rotatably dial. The camera has a liquid crystal display screen provided on its back and the screen displays film borders. A thumbnail image corresponding to main image data that has been recorded on a memory card is displayed in a thumbnail image border within the film borders. By rotating the dial, the film borders are moved so that a desired thumbnail image becomes enclosed by a designating frame. When the thumbnail image is enclosed by the designating frame, the main image is displayed an area. When a blank area is enclosed by the designating frame, the main image data can be recorded on the memory card. Operability is facilitated because recording, playback and designation of a frame to be played back can all be performed in accordance with rotation of the dial.

摘要： This disclosure provides a method of detecting a cylinder-to-cylinder gap abnormality of an air fuel ratio with sufficient accuracy according to an individual specificity of an air fuel ratio detecting module. Particularly, the method may be used for an engine to detect the cylinder-to-cylinder gap abnormality of the air fuel ratio of supplied air fuel mixture abnormality based on an output value of a linear O2 sensor. Under a first predetermined condition, an output characteristic of the sensor is measured. The measured output characteristic is compared with a reference characteristic set in advance to calculate a correction value for correcting the sensor output according to the individual specificity of the sensor. Subsequently, under a second predetermined condition, the sensor output value is corrected based on the calculated correction value to detect the abnormality based on the corrected output value of the sensor.

The writing device performs writing on a workpiece by ejecting functional liquid from at least one ink jet functional liquid droplet ejection head while moving the functional liquid droplet ejection head relative to the workpiece. The weight measuring device measures an amount of ejected droplets from a weight of the functional liquid ejected from the functional liquid droplet ejection head. The controlling device controls a driving power for the functional liquid droplet ejection head on the basis of a measurement result input from the weight measuring device.
