摘要: A bridging clutch is installed in a fluid medium-filled housing of a hydrodynamic coupling device located between a drive shaft and a transmission input shaft, the coupling device also containing a pump wheel and a turbine wheel. The bridging clutch is provided with a piston, which, when moved into a first axial position, brings at least one friction element into working connection with at least one friction surface, and when moved into a second axial position, at least partially releases this working connection, and with a torsional vibration damper, which is designed with at least one drive element and with at least one takeoff element, at least one of which has openings for circumferential springs and actuating areas for these springs. At least one of the takeoff elements acts a carrier element for the turbine wheel, which is held otherwise without radial support in the housing. At least one of these elements, namely, either the drive element or the takeoff element, has at least one radial area which is brought up in the axial direction essentially without play to the other one of the elements in question, which radial area serves as axial support for the positioning of the turbine wheel in this direction with respect to the housing of the coupling device.

摘要: A hydrodynamic clutch device for a hydrodynamic torque converter includes a turbine wheel for rotation about an axis of rotation. The turbine wheel is connected by a lockup clutch arrangement for transmitting torque to a housing arrangement. The turbine wheel includes a turbine wheel shell for housing turbine wheel blades. The turbine wheel shell is operably connected by a torsional vibration damper arrangement for transmitting torque. The torsional vibration damper arrangement includes a first transmission element coupled with the lockup clutch arrangement and the turbine wheel shell and includes a second transmission element coupled with the first transmission element for transmitting torque by means of a damper element arrangement; and wherein the first transmission element is supported at the housing arrangement in a first direction by a bearing arrangement.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper on the bridging clutch of a hydrodynamic clutch arrangement has a first connecting device, which can be brought into working connection with the clutch housing and with a drive-side transmission element. The drive-side transmission element is connected via first energy-storage devices to an intermediate transmission element. The torsional vibration damper also has a second connecting device for establishing a working connection via second energy-storage devices between the intermediate transmission element and a takeoff-side transmission element, which is connected to a takeoff-side component of the hydrodynamic clutch arrangement. The intermediate transmission element accepts a mass element, located operatively between the two connecting devices.

摘要: A hydrodynamic clutch device, particularly a hydrodynamic torque converter or fluid coupling, comprises a housing arrangement, a turbine wheel which is arranged in the housing arrangement so as to be rotatable with respect to the housing arrangement about an axis of rotation, a lockup clutch arrangement by means of which a torque-transmitting connection can be selectively produced between the housing arrangement and the turbine wheel, wherein the lockup clutch arrangement comprises a clutch element which is connected by a connection arrangement to the housing arrangement so as to be substantially fixed with respect to rotation but axially displaceable relative to it, wherein the connection arrangement comprises at least one elastically deformable connection element which is fixedly connected with the housing arrangement on the one hand and with the clutch element on the other hand. It is provided that the at least one connection element is connected with the housing arrangement in an area between surfaces of a housing element and of a housing huh element which is fixedly connected with the housing element, wherein these surfaces face one another.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper for a piston-equipped bridging clutch of a hydrodynamic clutch device includes a drive-side transmitting element for at least one damping unit, which is in working connection by way of a transmitting element on the power takeoff-side with a power takeoff component assigned to it, where at least one angle of rotation limiter is assigned to the damping unit. At least one projection is provided on one of the transmitting elements, this projection extending toward the other transmitting element and engaging in an assigned recess in the other transmitting element with predetermined play in the axial direction to form an angle of rotation limiter, where the recess is provided with an appropriate circumferential dimension for the projection to ensure the possibility of a predetermined relative deflection between the two transmitting elements.

摘要: A hydraulic clutch has an impeller wheel, a turbine wheel with a turbine wheel shell, a turbine torsional vibration damper and a lockup clutch. The turbine wheel shell receives a connection element with which it acts on the torsional vibration damper. The lockup clutch has at least one clutch disk arranged at a disk carrier. The turbine wheel shell is connected on the radial inner side with the connection element. The disk carrier passes into a holding clamp which is connected to the turbine wheel shell in a radially eccentric manner. The disk carrier is connected with the connection element so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it.

A maximum extension of the turbine shell (56) opposite an axial direction (12) terminates at a first axial position (53), and an impeller (20) located opposite the turbine in the axial direction (12). A stator (24) is arranged between the turbine and the impeller (22) and is coupled via a stator flange (58) to a freewheel (52) adjoining the driven hub (8) in an axial direction (12). A center of the freewheel (52) is located at a second axial position (54). A difference between the first axial position (53) and the second axial position (54) is greater than a predetermined minimum value.

摘要: A hydrodynamic clutch includes a hydrodynamic circuit formed by at least a pump wheel and a turbine wheel in a clutch housing with a drive-side housing wall extending to the axis of rotation, and a bridging clutch with a piston capable of shifting axially relative to the drive-side housing wall. The turbine wheel is connected to a hub, which is connected for rotation in common to a takeoff, and is axially supported between the hydrodynamic circuit and the clutch housing, and has first and second flow passages which are axially offset from each other. The hub has a drive-side end with an axial bearing area which can be moved into axial contact with an axial bearing, which is either an axial contact surface on the drive-side housing wall or is assigned to the drive-side housing wall.
