Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a substrate, a base layer, a plurality of light emitting elements, a resin layer, and a light reflecting layer. The resin layer is provided on the base layer, is filled in a gap between the light emitting elements, and has a flat surface. The light reflecting layer is provided above the flat surface, and includes a mirror surface and a plurality of openings.
