    摘要: Perfluoropolymer composites are provided which are obtained by dispersing layered-silicates having properties of swelling or cleaving in dispersion media in perfluoropolymers and having the ratio of the viscosity, V0.1, at 0.1 rad/sec by a parallel plate mode of a dynamic rheometer to the viscosity, V1, measured at 1 rad/sec is 1.5 or greater, viscosity being measured at 340° C. A method for making the perfluoropolymer composites is provided, and molded articles therefrom. And additionally, perfluoropolymer composites, where layered-silicates having properties of swelling or cleaving in dispersion media are dispersed in perfluoropolymers, with the storage elasticity of 2 times or higher than that of fluoropolymers, at temperatures greater than the glass transition temperature of perfluoropolymers.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition having excellent thermal conductivity, gas and chemical liquid barrier properties and dynamic properties such as storage modulus which comprises a heat-meltable fluoropolymer fine powder and a layered-compound organized by treatment with tetraphenyl phosphonium ions. The present invention also relates to a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition having similar properties to those mentioned above which is obtained by a process (I) in which a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition is obtained by grinding and mixing a heat-meltable fluoropolymer fine powder and a layered-compound and a process (II) in which such heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition thus obtained is melted and mixed under shear stress by means of a melt-mixing extruder.

The preferred composition comprises a structured carbon black such as acetylene black and a melt processible fluoropolymer wherein said melt processible fluoropolymer has two crystallization peaks in a DSC cooling curve when allowed to crystallize from a temperature of not less than its melting point at a cooling rate of 12° C./min; and the ratio of the crystallization peak heights (high temperature side peak/low temperature side peak) is 0.65 or greater; and/or the ratio of the high temperature side crystallization peak area to the total area of the crystallization peaks [high temperature side peak area/(high temperature side peak area+low temperature side peak area)] is 0.18 or greater.
