Therein—the cover (10) includes a metal foil (12) and a patterned electrically conductive layer (14) carried by and electrically insulated from the metal foil,—the opto-electrical structure (30) is sandwiched between the cover (10) and the barrier structure (20), wherein the opto-electrical structure (30) comprises at least an opto-electrical layer (32) and a transparent electrically conductive layer (34), the opto-electrical structure having a first main surface (31) facing towards the cover (10),—the plurality of transverse electrical conductors (40) extend from the metal foil (12) or the patterned electrically conductive layer (14) of the cover (10) through the at least one opto-electrical layer (32) to said transparent electrically conductive layer (34),—the cover (10) extends beyond said first main surface (31) of the opto-electrical structure (30).

摘要: An apparatus is described for coating a flexible substrate with at least a first organic layer and a first inorganic layer. The apparatus comprises a first and a second chamber and an atmosphere decoupling slot between the first and the second chamber. A printing facility is arranged in the first chamber, for printing the flexible substrate with a mixture comprising at least one precursor for a polymer, oligomer or a polymer network and a polymerization initiator. A curing facility is arranged in the first chamber, for curing the deposited mixture, therewith forming the at least first organic layer. A vapor deposition facility is arranged in the second chamber, for depositing the at least first inorganic layer at the substrate provided with the at least first organic layer. The apparatus comprises a facility for guiding the flexible substrate along the printing facility, along the curing facility and via the atmosphere decoupling slot along the vapor deposition facility.

The apparatus comprises a first and a second chamber and an atmosphere decoupling slot between the first and the second chamber. 摘要: A light emitting device (100) is provided, comprising a substrate (101), a first electrically conductive layer (102), a light emitting layer (103), and a second electrically conductive layer (104). The light emitting device (100) further comprises at least one metal shunt (105) which is in electrical contact with said first electrically conductive layer (102). The at least one metal shunt (105) is isolated from said second electrically conductive layer (104) at least by means of a dielectric oxide layer (106). The present invention allows for the use of electrically insulating material between one or more metal shunts and a cathode layer without reducing the effective pixel area of the device.
