The present invention provides a digital phase alignment which to select the clock whose the transition is occured in the close vicinity of a center of the input data unit interval, the rising transition or falling transition of data are detected, as a result, to generate the synthetic clock retiming data upon detecting the transition of data having a random bit column, the retiming clock is reached in the center of eye pattern of data, compared with a single directional transition is detected.

A modified cyclic line coding apparatus for error detection and frame recovery which generates a n-bit modified cyclic cord-word by use of k redundancy bits and partially scrambles the cyclic redundancy check bits using periodic scramble bits. The apparatus includes a transmitter including a modified cyclic redundancy generator unit for generating redundancy bits, a variable period sampled scrambler unit for partially scrambling the redundancy bits, a timing control unit for generating a timing signal, and a multiplexer unit for multiplexing input cell data in accordance with the timing signal. The apparatus also includes a receiver including a modified cyclic redundancy checker unit for outputting a block synchronization signal and sample bits when a block synchronization is detected, while outputting a synchronization error signal when no block synchronization is detected, a variable period sampled descrambler unit for generating descramble bits in accordance with the sample bits, a timing recovering unit for generating a timing signal, and a demultiplexer unit for demultiplexing the cell data in accordance with the timing signal. The apparatus can use various cell sizes, can stably receive the user information of cell data and can achieve an easy bit timing detection.

The present invention relates to a non-invasive early diagnostic method and device that allows an early diagnosis of Marssonina blotch disease, which infects apple tree leaves, before the occurrence of lesions to enable early prevention of apple Marssonina blotch disease. The method and device of the present invention comprise the following steps: irradiating a broadband light source on an apple tree leaf undergoing diagnosis by means of optical coherence tomography; detecting interference signals from light reflected from the apple tree leaf undergoing diagnosis and light reflected from a reference arm; signal processing the interference signals, which have been detected through optical coherence tomography by means of a signal processing unit; obtaining digital tomographic image data on the apple tree leaf undergoing diagnosis; analyzing the digital tomographic image by means of a diagnostic unit; and observing the boundary of at least two tissues, wherein the apple tree leaf undergoing diagnosis is considered to be healthy and uninfected with Marssonina blotch disease if the boundary between at least two tissues is clearly defined, and wherein the apple tree leaf undergoing diagnosis is considered to be infected with Marssonina blotch disease if the boundary between at least two tissues is not clearly defined.

Provided is a method of providing IP mobility using SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol) signaling in a 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) based next generation mobile communication network. The method of providing IP mobility constructs an IP mobility protocol on an SCTP layer of an interface protocol used between an integrated gateway supporting binding a mobile terminal with a different type network and at least one base station and used between base stations, generates a signaling message for binding the mobile terminal with the network according to the IP mobility protocol, embeds at least a part of the signaling message in the SCTP layer to generate an SCTP packet and transmits the SCTP packet to update binding of the mobile terminal and the network. Accordingly, design and construction of network related equipment and mobile terminal for obtaining IP mobility in the mobile terminal and the network can be efficiently performed and unnecessary overhead can be prevented.

There is provided a coding/decoding system of bit insertion manipulation line code, which has small increase in bit rate and simple configuration and minimizes DC baseline fluctuations by properly coupling the advantages of mBnB code and bit insertion code in a high-speed optical transmission system using AC coupling. The encoding part of the system inserts a bit for minimizing a disparity of m+1 bit block when a disparity with respect to m-bit input information is a minimum value that the m+1 bit block may have, and inserts ‘0’ when it is not, performing pre-coding. Then, the encoding part manipulates a part of the bits of the pre-coded block to make its disparity have the minimum value, compares the disparity of the pre-coded block with a disparity accumulated, and inverts or non-inverts the block, thus carrying out coding. The decoding part removes the insertion bit from the coded information, inverts the block again when it is inverted during the encoding, and performs a manipulation opposite to the bit manipulation, thus executing decoding.
