    摘要: The present invention relates to a turning joint for an electric excavator, which includes a direct current/alternating current convertor, an upper coil, a lower coil, and an inverter. A turning joint for an electric excavator (or a hybrid excavator) uses the principle of a transformer to transmit electric energy from the upper portion of the excavator to a travelling body in the lower portion thereof. Thus, even while an upper rotator body of an electric excavator performs a rotating operation, electric power can be supplied to a travelling electric motor in the lower portion of the electric excavator, to thereby perform a travelling operation.

    摘要: An anti-rebounding control apparatus is provided, which includes an anti-rebounding controller outputting a first command for setting a torque limit value to “0” if an electric motor speed value is equal to or smaller than an upper threshold value and equal to or larger than a lower threshold value in the case where a speed command value of “0” is input and outputting a second command for setting the torque limit value to a maximum value if the electric motor speed value is smaller than the lower threshold value, a torque regulator setting the torque limit value to “0” when the first command is input and setting the torque limit value to the maximum value when the second command is input, and an electric motor inverter intercepting a power that is supplied to an electric motor if the torque limit value is set to “0” and re-supplying the power to the electric motor if the torque limit value is set to the maximum value. Accordingly, the same performance as an anti-rebounding system that is used in a swing system of an existing hydraulic excavator can be implemented even in a system that performs a swing operation using an electric motor such as a hybrid (or electric) excavator.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a driver self-tuning method using an electro-hydraulic actuator system, the method comprising: a step in which a specific EHA system is selected by a HMI; a step of displaying a graph defining the mapping relationship of an actuator speed command with respect to a joystick command of the selected EHA system; a step in which, when a predetermined button is pressed by a user, the actuator maximum speed is tuned by multiplying the maximum speed value of the actuator of the selected EHA system, which has been pre-stored, by gain that increases or decreases in proportion to the number of times the button was pressed; and a step of storing the tuned actuator maximum speed in the upper controller of the EHA system. Equipment using the electro-hydraulic actuator system makes it possible to directly tune actuator speed characteristics that cannot be achieved with existing equipment using, by way of example, HMI display equipment and operating buttons.

The actuator displacement measuring system includes controlling driving of an electric motor, determining whether the electric motor is driven, determining whether a set pressure value of a relief valve is larger than or equal to a measured pressure value of the hydraulic system if a displacement value of an actuator that is always detected deviates from a zero value of a reference position, setting the actuator displacement value to a previous value if a pressure value of the hydraulic system is larger than or equal to a pressure value of a relief valve and calculating the actuator displacement value using a rotating speed of the electric motor.
