    摘要: The disclosure provides an electromagnetic shielding composite material, and a method for manufacturing the same. The electromagnetic shielding composite material includes: a polymer sheet; and an acicular carbon nanotube layer including acicular portions of carbon nanotubes fixed on the polymer sheet. The method for manufacturing the electromagnetic shielding composite material includes: preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion solution; applying the carbon nanotube dispersion solution to the surface of a polymer sheet; and drying the polymer sheet to which the carbon nanotube dispersion solution is applied and then forming an acicular structure of carbon nanotubes on the polymer sheet. The composite material has superb electromagnetic wave shielding properties suitable for a variety of electronics applications.

    摘要: A battery and battery package is disclosed which improves a battery's heat dissipation capability by using an aluminum material and a phase change material capable of maintaining a suitable temperature through phase change according to a temperature in order to prevent a battery from being deteriorated in terms of performance. More specifically, battery package has a top case and a bottom case as a battery cell case for housing a battery cell. The top and bottom cases are adhered to each other, and either or both the top and bottom cases includes: a top sheet plate repeatedly undulated at predetermined intervals to form a plurality of unidirectionally extended convex parts to be filled with a phase change material; a bottom sheet plate formed in a flat shape and adhered to the top sheet plate; and a phase change material filled in between the convex parts and the bottom sheet plate.

    摘要: The present invention provides a heat control plate and a battery cell module having the same. The heat control plate is used as an interfacial component interposed between battery cells. The heat control plate includes a planar composite sheet, a plurality of heat radiating ribbons, a planar heating layer, and a conductive strap. The plurality of heat radiating ribbons penetrate the composite sheet and protrude from both right and left sides of the composite sheet at both ends thereof. The planar heating layer is attached to one or both of upper and lower surfaces of the composite sheet and generates heat upon application of a voltage. The conductive strap applies a supply voltage to the planar heating layer. The planar composite sheet can have a high thermal conductivity. The planar composite sheet can have a thermal conductivity greater than about 3 W/mK.

More specifically, a Boron Nitride (BN) particle having a plate shape and an excellent thermal conductivity is coated on a PCM having a shape of a micro bead, to increase the thermal conduction to the inside PCM, so that a phase change is easily generated, and which allows an easy treatment of the PCM in a liquid state at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of the PCM.
