    摘要： An autonomous filter device and a method for improving the filter life and performance is disclosed. The filter element is equipped with one or more sensors, adapted to measure one or more characteristics. In response to the measured characteristic, the control logic within the filter element is able to determine an appropriate response. For example, the control logic may determine that a sudden, but temporary, blockage has occurred in the filter membrane. In response, the control logic may initiate a specific response designed to alleviate the blockage. The control logic will then determine the success of the response, based monitoring any change in the fluid characteristics. Based thereon, the control logic may alert the operator that the filter element must be replaced. Alternatively, if the response was successful in correcting the blockage, the control logic need not notify the operator, as the filter element is back to normal operating operation.

    摘要： The CA125 gene has been cloned. The CA125 molecule comprises three major domains: an extracellular amino terminal domain; a large multiple repeat domain; and a carboxy terminal domain which includes a transmembrane anchor with a short cytoplasmic domain. Additionally, an amino terminal extension is present. The molecular structure is dominated by a repeat domain comprising more than sixty 156-amino-acid repeat units The repeat units encompass an interactive disulfide bridged C-enclosure and the site of OC125 and M11 binding. The CA125 molecule is anchored at its carboxy terminal through a transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic tail. The structure has potential for use as a new gold standard for detecting the CA125 antigen, and can provide a basis for the development of a vaccine useful for the treatment of ovarian cancer and other carcinomas where CA125 is elevated.

    摘要： A method of refinancing a mortgage loan is provided. The method of refinancing a mortgage loan comprises pre-approving a customer for refinancing of a mortgage loan. This customer is sent a pre-screened offer. The offer comprises materials setting forth the terms of the refinanced mortgage loan, materials providing all required pre-acceptance disclosures, and instructions describing how the customer may accept the offer. Upon receiving an indication of acceptance of the offer from the customer, a closing package is sent to the customer to be executed by the customer. The execution of the closing package by the customer creates a refinancing loan agreement. Also provided is a closing package for a mortgage loan comprising closing documents and a format and instructions providing specific guidance to the customer for completion and execution of the closing documents.
