摘要: The invention relates to a composite material which is formed of several assembled discs of matrix material, wherein preferably in each disc at least one groove is formed in which at least one fiber (14) is inserted. According to the invention a composite of matrix material and fiber (14) is present in an inner section (16), whereas the matrix material is exclusively present in an outer section (17), wherein the fibers (14) reach to different extents into the outer section (17), in which the matrix material is exclusively present, for a strength optimizing intermeshing of the inner section (16) with the outer section (17).

摘要: A composite material is formed of several assembled discs of matrix material, wherein each disc preferably has at least one groove therein, and at least one fiber (14) is inserted in each groove. A composite of matrix material and fibers (14) is present in an inner section (16), whereas exclusively the matrix material is present in an outer section (17). The inner section with the fibers (14) reaches to different radial extents toward the outer section (17), to achieve a strength-optimizing intermeshing of the inner section (16) with the outer section (17).

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing forged components of a TiAl alloy, in particular turbine blades, wherein the components are forged and undergo a two-stage heat treatment after the forging process, the first stage of the heat treatment comprising a recrystallization annealing process for 50 to 100 minutes at a temperature below the γ/α transition temperature, and the second stage of the heat treatment comprising a stabilization annealing process in the temperature range of from 800° C. to 950° C. for 5 to 7 hrs, and the cooling rate during the first heat treatment stage being greater than or equal to 3° C./sec, in the temperature range between 1300° C. to 900° C.

摘要: An anti-wear coating, in particular an anti-erosion coating, which is applied to a surface of a component that is stressed under fluid technology and is to be protected, in particular a gas turbine part, is disclosed. The anti-wear coating includes one or more multilayer systems applied in a repeating order to the surface to be coated, and the/each multilayer system includes at least one relatively soft metallic layer and at least one relatively hard ceramic layer. All the layers of the/each multilayer system are based on chromium, and a diffusion barrier layer is applied between the surface to be protected and the multilayer system(s).
